I find this statement to be ignorant and offensive. Apparently only middle and lower income patients would like to use the mental health benefits that they are already paying for through their health insurance. You have to be poor to use your health insurance. Therapy is about a safe space to express vulnerability with someone that you respect and it appears that I won't be finding that here with you, Catherine. Cute choice of verbiage. Thanks for looking down on us poor folks who are interested in using our insurance benefits...

Without a doubt, committing to a 20 session Neurofeedback program at The Path Center was one of…read morethe best decisions I have ever made. I chose Neurofeedback to help myself move beyond a background of abuse, and to address two serious brain injuries from my youth. Early into the program I began to notice an overall more positive attitude emerging, as well a notable increase in my resilience to stress. Every session felt like it was building on the last, and throughout the 10 weeks, even though negative patterns sporadically surfaced, I continued to realize steady improvement in daily life. Gail Hardman-Woung, the clinic founder and director, and her amazing staff are professional, heart-centered, skilled, and conscientious. They maintain a clinic environment that is attractive and welcoming for their clientele. The Neurofeedback "LENS" sessions with Gail were especially enjoyable. Her knowledge and expertise was ever-reassuring. I appreciated that she took the time to show and explain the "brain-mapping" graph on the computer during our sessions so I could observe the healing progress in brain patterns each time. Upon completion of the program, I left feeling significantly more confident, clear, and grounded in myself, ready for a new direction and journey ahead. I am deeply grateful for the healing I received, and am pleased to highly recommend The Path Clinic and all they have to offer.

She allows a natural progression through emotions, conversation, and action items. Therapy requires work, and sometimes we feel discouraged from continuing. Claire makes treatment feel like a mental serum for self-confidence, accomplishment, and motivation. I am a massive supporter of therapy and self-care. I am the best version of myself today because of my work with Claire. I am still working on things in my life, which I believe is a continuous process. Claire has become my grounding point for emotional and physical change in my life. If you are considering therapy or need a change, Claire Colaco is someone I highly recommend. Be kind to yourself. I gave my CC# to my Therapist at to the Billing Lady and both agreed to run my card monthly for whatever I owed, and I was ok with that. I have no problem paying my bills. Once Western became Lifestance something happened and this was no longer happening, and I also was switched to getting electronic statements and had no idea that I owed money, and wasn't aware that my card wasn't being ran. I finally found out I owed $300, and agreed to pay $50 a month which the billing office said was ok. I paid for a couple months and then just paid off the balance December 6th. January 21st I get a notice that my account is in collections. Huh? How can a fully paid off account be in collections?? I have the receipts from Western and my Bank to show I paid the balance in full. It seems that there is a lot of communication break down at this place. This doesn't surprise me at all. I worked here a few years ago, and it was horrible. Western is more about making profits that helping people. The Therapist and Psychologists are great, but the old owners Darryl Quick and his wife Sylwia are all just wanting to make money, they don't care about the helping people- anyone who's ever worked there knows this. Anyway, back to my issue... I plan on making a complain with BBB because this is nonsense, I also never got any sort of letter or calls, about this either. I plan of fighting this.
