Tristen is gold, she actually cares about you as a person as well as providing you the best medical care and advice possible. She floated between locations at that time but no longer sees patients which is a bummer as I really liked her. Apparently she teaches now. However, I've found several nurse practitioners that are equally as knowledgeable, professional and have good bedside manners. The other locations are clean and the staff mostly friendly but this one tends to be my favorite. This location just feels more like a doctors office and the others that I've visited feel more like a clinic. This one is further from my home but I don't mind driving for quality healthcare. They also have an on-site pharmacy and seem to offer a wide variety of services.

Peta Gay Ledbetter did a no show to her appointment. That seems so unethical especially in this situation. Thriveworks was not helpful at all in calming my wife down either. They treated her like they forgot her food order at McDonald's. You are dealing with people's mental health!!! What is wrong with all of you? For anyone reading this PLEASE STAY AWAY!!
