This might be an unpopular opinion but I much prefer frozen yogurt over ice cream anytime. Everytime I come back home I always have to make a stop at Exotic Berry to get my frozen yogurt fix. Their flavors rotate pretty frequently according to the season so at the moment they have a lot of Fall season flavors like Pumpkin Spice. But, I am a creature of habit so I always get the same flavors. My go to flavor combination is taro, nutella and regular vanilla. I got to try some of their new flavors like Vietnamese coffee and pistachio. I recommend you go try some of their staple flavors I mentioned but always give their new ones ago. Last Summer, I had their lime and chamoy and it was delicious. It is a little bit on the expensive side, especially if you put a lot of toppings but I usually keep mine without any so it comes to around $6-$8 dollars. read more

the frozen yogurt at the mall, the lady in charge gave me the most ugliest attitude that I had to speak up for myself. She was fighting me a cup that needed to be replaced because they had the signs of the frozen yogurt wrong, and I had told her as a feedback to at least put a sign that the machine is mislabeled and if I can have another cup because my coffee frozen yogurt came out color green? ofc I needed a new cup. This lady looked older, in her 40s, i can't believe she started to argue with me, I even told her that I apologize but your customer satisfaction was not it! pls stop putting these older women to attend the customers if they are going to be stingy and with a whole ass attitude. Excellent choices for frozen yogurt! Horchata flavored yogurt? Yes, please! Guava sorbet? My favorite! How can this one shop have everything I love? I'm not sure how they read minds but I'm so glad they do. All of these reviews don't lie - this is the good stuff. Granted if you want samples of anything the guy will have to come out and give you the smallest tasting you've ever seen where you can barely get the yogurt out of the paper thimble they use as a taste tester. I felt bad asking to try too many items so I got what I tried. Your staff needs to be looked at seriously. #1Young Lady was put out that a I asked for a sample cup. , #2 Being that it was my first time, after filling my cup to desired amount went in front of window waiting to get toppings.Granted I was only one there at time. Then, Three people came up and were serviced with toppings before serving me?!? Another customer coming up actually told me I needed to sit cup up on counter. I recently visited the location in Weslaco very excited to try the place because I love açaí bowls. Walked in the business was really nice and clean. But once the female employee started making my bowl and asking me what I wanted in an angry manner I knew it was not going to bad. When asked for the toppings I actually wanted a few m&ms and she female told me it's supposed to be healthy and nobody adds candy to it. So I didn't get what I wanted. When I ate it outside it still had chunks of spinach Unblended. I went back inside and showed the same girl and she actually offered to redo it still mad and not even acknowledged me the whole time. I went there really exited to try the place with my kids and it ended up being a bad experience it just sucks that your first time going and it ends up being like that because someone is having a bad day. read more

Great yogurt place in the valley! The place is huge and always very very clean. All the fruit toppings are fresh and love that they have my favorite agave syrup to top everything off. Asked about lactose in the yogurt and the owner said there is close to none present because it is water based. Owner is very nice too!! Love this place and their many flavors to choose from. 1st Time: There's seating so that you can enjoy your fro-yo, juice etc. Restroom is clean. Beautiful backdrop for pictures. This shop is very clean and they offer lots of topping choices: fresh fruits, tapioca pearls, nuts, granola, and candies. The frozen yogurt is sold by weight and because the bowls are so big, it's easy to get carried away with the toppings. I usually pay between $9-$11 per bowl. Even though I thought your flavors and selection were fine. I have to complain about your service. I had a really bad experience with your server (LIZ). A family arrived with a party of 5 (kids two) and the rest were young adults and mother and father. One of the young adults decides to take off her shoes while she was going through the line, not a pretty picture. I advise her of the health laws in eating establishments, however, she ignored me 100%, and continued barefoot. I mentioned this situation to your server (Liz) and asked her let the young lady know of her behavior. Well, Liz also ignored me and just continued doing her work assisting people. I know we won't be going back to you establishment, until you rectify this unhealthy situation, perhaps signs on the door about wearing proper footgear would help. We were going to eat there, but after this experience we left, very unhappy. Please take this situation with grave consideration for people eating in your establishment. read more
