I have scheduled another appointment 4 weeks from now. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who gave me my beard trim, she also did a great job! I asked for a (very) low fade with a reference and a picture, and I walked out with a clear high fade (if it can even be called a fade) in a way that I can't honestly understand. I voiced my concerns to her immediately at the moment and just like my haircut, she also ignored that and basically told me that it doesn't look too bad and it is what it is. I paid the nearly $70 for this. The owner tried to be helpful after I left and told me she would offer a refund through the phone. That was 4 whole months ago, and she still has not followed through to add more insult to injury and frustration. I absolute hate writing a bad review for any business, but this is just ridiculous.

She didn't go crazy trying to sell product or anything and I appreciated that (although I did learn about something that I didn't know!). The schedule is a bit limited but it's worth the effort.
