Just drive to this place and prepare for your search to be over. This place offers an amazing variety of countertops and kitchen designs. It's easy to visit any countertop business and take a look at sample granite & quartz, but to really get an idea of what you're looking for, you have to look at the slabs! During my first visit, the showroom employee took me to the back to look at all the slabs. Wow, not only is everything stunning, but it really helped to see these up close to check out the detail! Exotic offers extremely reasonable prices for countertops and all employees are such a pleasure to deal with. Even the guys who came to install my countertop were friendly and joking around with me. Dina is such an asset to this company. She works in the showroom and she will help you complete your interior design image! She is very helpful, patient, and wants to help you along the way. Dina caters to her customers to make sure they are satisfied. Had a beautiful quartzite counter installed, looks just like cararra marble but wears like hard granite. 6 months later it looks brand new. Deena was so helpful and honest, she went above and beyond to answer my questions. Installation guys did a great job. Their warehouse has way WAY more selection than any of the other shops on 23 mile or in Troy. I went to 12 places and am glad I choose this one. read more

We visited Exotic several times in our hunt for granite countertops Deana was very nice and seemed to really know her stuff. Their prices were OK but a little higher than other places that quoted. Wanted to charge for a lot of little extras. They said we had to look for a local mailer book for their coupon . They even gave us a sample of a granite that we liked. However when we call that later they didn't have any of our information. That was disappointing. So we went with another contractor. read more

I had a great experience with Exotic Granite. They did such a great job on my Kitchen. Dina in the office is amazingly helpful. This place has the BEST selection of different types of granite in the area! I visited many other places and couldn't find a place that had a comparable selection. They have so many beautiful slabs to choose from and they have the best prices. All the guys that came out to my house for both measuring and installation were very polite and professional. They really took their time and were careful and precise. I really love that the seams in my countertop are nearly INVISIBLE! I can't believe what a great job they did. During the installation, one of the guys saw my bathroom granite counter and backsplash hadn't been sealed in the corners, and he actually offered to seal it for me! I used Exotic Granite and Marble for a kitchen remodel. Initially I found them helpful and friendly. Once the granite was installed my contractor pointed out a very large gap (1 inch) at one of the walls. This was a direct result of careless measuring. It took several phone calls and speaking with the now very rude receptionist/sales girl to have someone come out and look at it. Instead of making it right by cutting a new piece for the small area, they recut the same piece, therefore leaving a large gap along the other side, up against the stove. I complained but got no results. I also complained as there were several areas that looked like they had chipped superficially on the granite. I was told the type of granite I had chosen was very fragile. As a business you should be educating your customers regarding the durability of the product they are buying. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend them! read more

They have Five Star Granite working in their building with them. Run away as fast as you can! Cannot get them to finish the job, their workmanship is terrible, they do not return phone calls, and we have been trying to get installation complete for now over 6 months. Horrible experience! read more

I wanted to share my experience at Exotic Granite. I was treated like family from start to finish. Dina is in the main office and was very accommodating when it came to questions along with getting me and my wife a quote on the spot. Once we finally made a selection (Netuna Bordeaux) which we are very happy with, Dina set up a final measure for us in which the owner Al came out and made a template. In two weeks everything was finished including install. The installation crew that came in was also very polite and seemed to work at a very diligent pace as well. All in all I would recommend them to anyone not only because how we were treated but they have a huge selection of slabs to look at. read more
