This place is a nightmare. Do not purchase your granite here. My PMP expensive granite countertop was installed with defects. When I asked them to come by and fix it, the guys showed up with a negative, confrontational attitude. The lead guy told me I was an idiot. There was nothing wrong with the granite. He stayed very close to me and spoke in a very loud voice. I asked him to please lower his voice. He refused. His Voice got louder and angrier. I was very intimidated and told them to leave. They didn't even bring anything to try to attempt to fix it. read more

Time for some home remodeling. Master bathroom.. We went to Home Depot and Lowes to see what their selection of marble and granite was for the large vanity top and we were underwhelmed. So i saw an ad in Hour Magazine for PMP Tile and it was not to far from our house. We stopped in and wow... what a selection. They have a nice showroom up front .. I am going to guess about 1,500 sf. But what is really impressive is their attached warehouse.... 40,000 sf of finished slabs, marble and granite, in every color you can think of....beautiful stuff. We met Tony and he walked us through the process and then cut us loose to wander the slab warehouse. We found a beautiful piece of green Botanic granite from Brazil. It is now the most unique piece in our house. The pieces were finished on time and at an affordable price. PMP does all the cutting in house and will install the pieces at your home. We will be back when the kitchen project starts in the spring read more

This company will quickly and happily see you whatever product you like. They will take your money and the service ends at that point. Getting my product installed for my remodel has been a nightmare, and the people there literally don't care. My countertops were supposed to be installed in early Sept. The AFTERNOON before they were supposed to install I got a call that a slab had broken and they had no idea when it could be replaced (turns out the slab broke days before). At that point we had removed our old countertops and delivered to them our sink to install (leaving us with no working water in the kitchen). This left me with no counters, no sink and zero sympathy. Nobody offered to put in something temporary for the months I'd be without them. They recommended that I pay to have plywood countertops made. They offered to give me back my undercount sink (to install on plywood???) Seriously! After numerous phone calls (one to my attorney), they agreed to come install the portion that was not broken. Fortunately this gave me my sink back. Still no work on when new slaps would be in. Fast forward 7 weeks. Still no word on when slabs would be in after 2 inquiries. Finally, I just called the manufacturer myself. They gave me an answer immediately. Why hadn't PMP done this? I found out the delivery date and informed PMP when to expect them. I said I'd be there on the delivery date to inspect the slabs to approve for immediate install. I held up my end of the bargain. 2 days after I inspected them I got an email saying they will go to the scheduling person this week to get me a date! SERIOUSLY!!! I gave them a 2 week notice for the arrival date, approved the slabs immediately and I was not even on the schedule. WHAT THE HELL??? Thanksgiving is now next week. I'm hosting my whole family. I have plywood counters on half of my kitchen and bare drywall behind it because the tile company has been waiting for the counters. Still no word on install date. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There are many choices in the metro Detroit area. Look elsewhere. read more

They sold and installed our counter tops. They were great to work with. One of the owners was present at installation. When they were installing I noticed that sun shone on a spot on my island that showed the vein, or imperfection of the stone and although I had agreed to it when I bought the piece because it was part of the material they made another top and installed it at no cost. I would not go anywhere else. Their craftmanship is tops. read more

they showed me granite which i choose to buy. i came back to purchase it and they told me it was sold to someone else. then, they called me back later that day and said it was now again available. after paying more than quoted anywhere else, i was called a few weeks later and told it was ready to pick up. i came the next day and am currently waiting in the parking lot for them to "finish shaving it"! definitely does not sound ready to me. it is very expensive and they don't seem to have it together well at all. they have a very good selection but still waiting to see quality. with plenty other options available in the area, i recommend GO ELSEWHERE. read more

My wife and I completely renovated our kitchen and were planning to hire these people to install our counter tops. We first went in to the showroom and stood around for 20 minutes as the other reviewer said and finally got a sales person. We chose our color and then had to return a week later to view and select our 3 slabs of granite when they were moved into the warehouse from the back lot. At the same time, we scheduled our final measurement for June 23rd and paid for half of the job up front. They stated that within a few days of the final measure they would contact us to return to the warehouse for the 3rd time and tape off the slabs for the areas that we wanted for the island, snack bar, etc. They did not contact us and my wife finally called them to schedule this final visit. They told her that our sales person only works until 3:00 and that we could come in this Tuesday to tape off our slabs. After that was done, we would have to wait another month for installation. This would make the whole process 2 months long and require 3 visits and the 30 minute drive each way for us. They didn't seem to care that I cancelled our job and refunded my deposit. Not even an apology or phone call from our sales person for all of our wasted time. DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS! read more
