We got some great deals at the swap meet as well There is a small coffee shop and the lady behind the counter was super friendly. The coffee was average. It could have been less milky but my grandson loved his smoothie. There were a couple of cute chickens in a pen. There is a small sand pit for toddlers and also a swing set for smaller kids as well. There is a flower maze near the beginning The maze does need a bit of a makeover but we still had a nice time looking at the tall sunflowers. They have a small kissing bridge for a cute photo op I will definitely be back with my other grandchildren.

In 2025, shelves were cleared out and there were broken items or Christmas trees up for grabs. Well, I now have a second tree lol! I could not pass up this deal!!! A $600 tree for $150?!? I was super excited because it looks real and is beautiful. I'm so excited to decorate at the end of the year. I was impressed by the girl at checkout. She wasn't flustered by the crowds. The tree I was waiting to get packed for me ended up being packed and sold to someone else due to poor communication. She immediately made sure I knew what else was available and any additional discounts she could ask about on my behalf. Loved that! They were putting out Valentine's day and St. Patty's day stuff in December. I thought this is crazy but I will definitely be there next week for the Valentine sales. I love all the coupons weekly and the variety of crafts. You can't go wrong at HL.

Threads is the most fantastic shop in all of San Diego for fabrics. Brenda has rooms of fabric on…read moredisplay and another room of books with fabric swatches that you can order from. Brenda and David did a magnificent job creating custom Roman shades for my kitchen and a custom bed cover to match pillows that I had purchased at another store - Brenda was able to order the same fabric!! They are delightful and excellent to work with and they worked diligently to get everything perfect for me. Don't waste your time going to any other stores - they have it all!!!
