Great place, clean and comfortable. Great place to have nails and pedicure! Receptionists are fantastic and very attentive to your needs.

I just came in to fix a dip nail that broke and to get my nails a little shorter. They removed the chrome which was fine with me but rushed through reapplying the top coat which left glue and gunk on top of my nails. Unfortunately I leave for vacation the next day so I will be going with bad nails. I really do not recommend this place at all read more

Lousy job. First time here. NEVER AGAIN . THEY DONT REMOVE CUTICLES AT ALL. Only paint your nails and dont even do a good job. I told the lady I would like her to remove cuticles several times during my pedicure which actually took ONLY 20 min , barely massaged or scrubbed my feet. What these nail people don't know is that when we come to a Nail Salon we not only look for quality but for a relaxing time. They on the other hand want you IN and OUT and all they want is your MONEY. Customer service is ZERO. Quality ZERO. I told the lady I wasn't happy and will only tip but she forced me to pay . I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Made an appt for 2 pedis(me and a friend). It was empty and their were 2 nail techs on. She made me wait while she did my friend, after 25 mins I went to another salon. Just simply bad business don't book an appointment for 2 at 1:30 if you can't actually take 2 people at 1:30. The owner was SUPER rude, if you want good service go to Julie's it's cheaper and they are more personable, better service for less money!:) read more

Wendy and her team are amazing! Wendy is amazing at what she does and while respecting her team, she does not let them take on more than they can handle (in the best most respectful way). I've only gotten dip on my nails once at another place and hated it. Wendy convinced me to give it another try and I love it! Not only did she do an amazing job on my nails, but on my friend who came with me as well. She explained a lot of people/other salons skimp out on the correct products for dip, but not her, she does it the right way, nails come out great, and feel/look great! read more

I had made an appointment for three people at 12:30 I did not get my nails done until 115 they did each person one by one. The lady who cut my nails cut my cuticles too short and cut me multiple times and made me bleed. I got gel nails and had to make them redo one nail because One nail looked very blank. I got my nails done on Sunday and Thursday they have already peeled all the way off! Mind you they were gel and gel is supposed to last up to three weeks!I will never be returning read more

Went in asking for an acrylic nail on my big toe and a pedicure, halfway through they decided I shouldn't do acrylic and continued with an awful paint job on my toes. Great service. Very cordial attendants. Thoroughly enjoyed the Vietnamese banter, though I couldnt understand a word. As promised, my pedicure made my feet "as soft as a baby's butt." I'm not sure why people rave about this place, I'm thoroughly unimpressed. I got a fill with dark blue French tips, except the color from the tips stained my cuticles, left on my fingers and discolored the polish below making it greyish. They also didn't listen to what I asked for and really, really pushed the gel even though I declined multiple times. I will not be returning. read more

The massage chair was quite awful - when it worked, it felt like someone was stabbing me. And it only worked for 5 mins. They don't remove cuticles! Additionally, i got dip and it only lasted 3 days - not joking. I have done dip many times before and it lasts no less than 4 weeks. To make it worse, there was no hand massage, no exfoliation. Having had a great experience in the past, I came back for a relaxing mani/pedi. I called ahead of time and they made no indication that there'd be any problem fitting me in when I arrived as stated, 15 minutes later. I chose my colors and was seated in a pedicure chair. After the 20 minute chair massage shut off, and my toes had started to look prune-like, I started to wonder when they would actually start my pedicure! Another woman had arrived 15 minutes after me, and been seated and her pedi was started before I had anyone come tell me they'd be right over. read more

I made appointments on Tuesday for Saturday for my mother and I. They were supposed to be back to back appointments. I made them both for Wendy. Well I had the second appointment. It was at 1:15. At 2:20 I had to ask how much longer. I was told soon and then pointed to a woman who would do my nails. At this point I told Wendy that I had called earlier in the week and made the appointment with her. Her response was " oh sorry I didn't look in the book to see what appointments I had. 10 minutes later someone is finally doing my nails. Mind you not the person I made the appointment with. Then the woman doing my nails cuts me and makes me bleed several times. As I get up to leave I get told that they are sorry for the inconvenience and are taking $5 off of what they were charging me. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Was given the worst manicure of my life and the results looked like a 3 year old had been given a bottle of nail polish. Also, to my horror, when my nails were "done" there was a hair stuck in one of them. When I pointed this out Wendy told me there was nothing she could do and proceeded to try to argue with me over the presence of a hair dried in the polish - absolutely disgusting. It took an hour of arguing to get them to remove the polish all together and I was still charged the full $35. I've been coming to this salon for years. Normally great service. I think they are under new management, and I can say this is the worst service I have ever had. I will never go back. My mom and I recently had 10:30 appointments for manicures and pedicures. When we got there, one person started on my Mom's manicure immediately and they had me soak my feet for my pedicure. After 45 minutes, my Mom's manicure was done and they brought her over to soak her feet. Her nail technician apologized for the wait and said she would do my pedicure. About 10 minutes into the pedicure, someone else came over to start my Mom's pedicure. I finished my pedicure and went for my manicure. During the middle of the manicure, someone walked in asking for an eyebrow wax. My nail technician said she could take her, and she got up in the middle of my manicure to help another client. 2 hours after my scheduled appointment, they told me it was going to be full price. I was outraged that they made me wait 45 minutes when I had an appointment and the technician went to service another client during the middle of my manicure. I asked why they didn't call me to tell me they were going to be running late when I had given them my phone number when I made the appointment. read more

Have gone to this place twice now both time service was horrible. There not nice unless your a regular. Got a pedicure both times and they rush everything. My Nails look like my 5 year old painted them. I come to get pedicures to relax not get rushed out the door. Annoying never going back! read more

Love it here. I've tried every place in Middleton, and this is the one I keep coming back to. The staff is super-nice and does a great job.

I have gone to this nail place for years however with the new owners, I am very disappointed in them. Very rude and doesn't listen to what you want. For an example, doesn't explain prices when you ask in person and tells you to just look them up online. Also cuts your finger nails to short to make them bleed. Unimpressed. Never going back the guy yelled NO when I moved wromg hand and when I nicely asked for him tp fix a mistake he made he said its just skin. I'm paying for that skin to b cut this is a manicure. Also only put lotion on one hand and used long fingernail to take off extra paint on every one of my fingers. Ended up coming out nicely but for my review I am highly disappointed. read more
