I've had several lash lifts in the past and have always loved the results, although I had never had a brow lamination before. I went to Dallash the week before my wedding to have both done. First, my total was $285, not including the brow product I purchased from them, which is honestly outrageous considering the results. Also the grow gel I got literally DRIED up and is unusable about a week later, it was $35! Before starting, the girl doing my lashes mentioned that sometimes lashes don't respond as well to the treatment or curl completely. I understand that results can vary, but my lashes did not curl at all. Like not a bit. After an hour-and-a-half appointment, I genuinely could not tell a difference. No one acknowledged that the lift clearly hadn't taken or offered to correct it. She just said "next time you should get a tint so it's more noticeable" . I'm admittedly non-confrontational, so I didn't say anything at the time. The real issue was my brows. I don't know what product was used during the lamination, but somehow my brow hairs ended up about two shades lighter than my natural color and felt incredibly dry and unhealthy afterward. And the shape was honestly insane. You know the saying that eyebrows should look like sisters, not twins? Mine didn't look like twins, sisters, or even distant relatives. They looked like second cousins twice removed. I had to go home, panic, and try to fix them myself before my wedding. I also paid $40 for a brow wax and tweeze, and the waxing experience was awful. The wax was extremely painful when removed, yet somehow didn't seem to actually remove much of the hair. And yes, I fully realize that trying a brow lamination for the first time the week before my wedding probably wasn't the smartest decision. But I'm usually pretty Type B about this kind of stuff and genuinely don't care that much if something isn't absolutely perfect. I definitely wouldn't take the time to leave a bad review over a minor disappointment. It was truly just that bad. For the amount this salon charges, I expected a completely different level of service and results. Spending nearly $300 to leave with lashes that looked exactly the same and brows that looked and felt significantly worse than when I walked in was incredibly frustrating. They use the NovaLash technique which is my favorite (you don't even feel the lashes!) Parking /Time tip: try arriving at least 5-10 minutes early so that you can find parking, it's pretty busy there & you may need the few extra minutes. Sometimes the techs may run over a few minutes but its usually minimal & they are basically making sure the clients look good before finishing (which they will do for you too!) it's always worth it! Appointments: Tiffany is great at communication so any appt. setting is probably a non-issue by now. I do recommend setting up your next appt. before you leave anyway, it saves time and hassle for both parties. I refer everyone I know to them & they always love them. I've never heard a complaint. I am always sort of hesitant to buy Groupons for services like these because I feel like maybe you aren't getting the best possible treatment (whether it be a hair cut, lashes, wax...etc). I purchased the Groupon and called immediately as I had been waiting to get lashes for FOREVER!!! The woman was super nice when I made the appointment and asked me to come in a few minutes early to fill out some paperwork. I showed up and the place is like a salon with a few private rooms for lash extensions. I filled out the paperwork and was quickly escorted to a back room by a eyelash tech. She never asked me what kind of lashes I wanted, or how long I wanted them or anything -- I know now those should have been asked. I was totally new at this, so I didn't know what to expect (shame on me for not researching!). I laid down on a waxing bed for almost two hours, stiff paper under my eyes, closed with tweezers poking around (kind of nerve wracking!). After about the hour and a half mark, I got incredibly uncomfortable. I think that goes for anyplace you go....two hours is a long time to lay still on a table. Anylashes, she did ok....pricked me only a few times (which is amazing, do you see how small those tweezers are!??). When it was done, my lashes looked good, but they didn't look real. They totally looked fake - really long and too many lashes. She gave me some tips to keep them up, which would have been nice if the lashes held up like she said they would. My lashes constantly got tangled, pricked my eyes, sometimes when I closed my eyes, they would tangle and I would have to get in front of a mirror to untangle. I called about a week after dealing with this to see if this was normal, they said no and to come and they would fix. The woman who fixed them was really nice and did a great job fixing them, however, they were still incredibly long and just to much! I really wanted these to work, but after my second fill and my eye lids now starting to swell from all the constant untangling and brushing, I went to another lash place and had them taken off. I never got any complements on my lashes either, if anything sometimes I got funny looks like "who is this girl kidding with those lashes!". I dunno what to tell you, there were lots of people getting lashes done the times I was there, but maybe they were Groupon-ers too?! After getting my lashes fixed twice, I just couldn't pony up the $65 (every 3 weeks) for a mediocre fill any longer....part of me thinks I might have had a better experience had I been asked what kind of lashes I wanted in the beginning....

Initially, I was really impressed by their offerings, my first visit set a high standard--the studio was clean, the technician was exceptionally professional, and the work was fantastic. I left eager to return. However, things took a downturn for my subsequent visits. Within just four weeks, my preferred technician had either moved to another location or left the company altogether. Since early 2024, I've noticed a decline in the overall quality of this location. A partition in the studio is missing, which has affected the ambiance, and the service has become inconsistent. It seems that different technicians provide conflicting feedback about my brow service and structure, which is frustrating. While the studio still maintains a generally clean and put-together appearance, there have been multiple price increases within less than six months. This constant change has started to make me lose trust in the establishment as a whole. On the upside, the customer service remains strong, and when the team is on point, the results are on point! I think I will give it a couple more visits to see if things improve before deciding if I need to search for a new cosmetics studio. There's potential here, but the inconsistency and rising prices are definitely concerns.
