I'm talking to her with respect. She then continues to get hostile and yell then the security (black guy) comes in and ask what's going on. I tell him I asked her a simple question if I should come up because she was already telling me rudely to back up I don't know what's going on with her attitude and why is she yelling and I'm asking her to talk to me with respect I was so calm explaining to him what happen he then told me we don't have to serve to you guys and to get out. I didn't understand why we were the ones kicked out when she was doing the yelling and I asked her to stop yelling at me and asked her what is her issue. if you guys have cameras in the inside, someone should definitely look into this incident because her attitude was very nasty and I only felt like she was telling me to back up because there was a white couple. Unfortunately, once the manager, Chris, became involved, the tone shifted entirely. Chris spoke to my wife in a condescending and dismissive manner that was both unnecessary and unprofessional. When I calmly addressed the way he was speaking to her, he became defensive, muttered comments under his breath, and walked away in what felt more like a tantrum than leadership. A manager sets the standard for customer service -- and this was not it. What was most concerning was the behavior that followed. Instead of de-escalating the situation, he repeatedly walked past us glaring, creating an uncomfortable and confrontational atmosphere. That is not how a manager should conduct himself in front of customers or staff. We value professionalism and mutual respect. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far below that standard. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this location. Customer service starts at the top. I hope ownership takes this seriously.
