I've typically had solid experiences with Stiiizy, but this particular location completely missed the mark. The associate who initially helped us was polite, professional, and respectful -- exactly what you'd expect from a retail environment. Unfortunately, once the manager, Chris, became involved, the tone shifted entirely. Chris spoke to my wife in a condescending and dismissive manner that was both unnecessary and unprofessional. When I calmly addressed the way he was speaking to her, he became defensive, muttered comments under his breath, and walked away in what felt more like a tantrum than leadership. A manager sets the standard for customer service -- and this was not it. What was most concerning was the behavior that followed. Instead of de-escalating the situation, he repeatedly walked past us glaring, creating an uncomfortable and confrontational atmosphere. That is not how a manager should conduct himself in front of customers or staff. We value professionalism and mutual respect. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far below that standard. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this location. Customer service starts at the top. I hope ownership takes this seriously. read more

I ordered online for an order to be ready in 30 minutes, I drive 40 minutes to this location. Nobody gave me a courtesy call to tell me that what I got was out of stock. The liar manager said they were too busy to call me mind you I was the only customer in the store besides one customer that was paying and on her way out!! Mean while the employee said their website is not accurate. Why would you have an online order system? That's not accurate to what's in your store and then not give somebody a courtesy call. That's driving 40 minutes to your location?? TERRIBLE customer service & terrible liars. read more

Stiizy cart failing? Well don't bother returning it or getting your money back. You basically need it to fail in the first 50% if it's life or you get nothing. That's right. You only get a warranty for HALF the product you buy here. The pro XL batteries are trash. Break so easily. stiizy the company knows of these problems. The leadership at this location confirmed it to my face. With this volume of product failure, they should be doing their best to keep customers. For sure looking for a new delivery platform. I walked in on Sunday night and was pleasantly greeted by Ashley, the most awesome bud tender ever to walk the planet. I needed something for my pops (older adult, recently experienced a fall, pain, trouble sleeping, etc.). Her expertise shined, she was like a doctor presenting all the products that would help address these concerns. Plus, she was super friendly and funny, with such a cool style. So I was visiting the Cerritos mall and once I was finished with my errands, I decided to go visit a stiizzy location during my visit. I had a gentleman who was my budtender named Andy help me out as he was helping me out. I didn't have enough cash to buy my whole order so I went to the ATM and it was not working. I let Mr. Andy know and he said he would hold the product for me while I run to Wells Fargo, which was right around the Corner And retrieve the money in the time that it took me to Wells Fargo, which was five minutes going and come back he sold the product and I get there mad why because he made me drive to the Wells Fargo bank to pull money out offer him to sell the product and it was your last one and because of this experience I don't plan on visiting this location ever again read more

The customer service completely blew me away, if I'm being honest. All products are very well lit and nicely displayed. One thing I found helpful, at least for the vapes as that's all I looked at, was the chart listing everything in the display case. Not something I've seen before is all. If I had to find something to nitpick over it would be the volume of the music, but my hearing isn't great so that's a me problem. However! I went to the stiiizy store on Friday before the grand opening and an employee told me that the item I was purchasing would be 33% off at the grand opening. I wait and go back on the grand opening day and it's a zoo! So many peeps. I come back later and the salesman tries to sell me other stuff and says the oz bags are not on sale. I could tell he's trying to up sell me and tells me the other stuff is not on sale. Wasted my time. Won't be going back to stiiizy stores.
