stopped by this dispensary on a whim while I was literally on my way to another shop, and I'm so glad I did. The spot was really nice, clean, and had a great vibe overall. Aiza was hands down the highlight of my visit. She was the sweetest, super knowledgeable, and genuinely dope to talk to. Her customer service was top-tier, she took the time to help me find exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed at all. Because of her alone, I'd definitely come back. Beginners beware! I went in here for the first time without someone who had been before but who told me it was happy hour prices. They did not give me happy hour prices and when I called back to talk to them after I realized the person at the front desk said I could come back and get a refund. I was called back 2min later by (supposedly) the manager. No one ever identified themselves either by name or title. She kept calling me "babe" and blamed me for not knowing all of their deals. I had returned by that point and walked in, and she continued to berate me and said they did their job, which they did not since the happy hour price was not given. I told them it was the first time I was there by myself and I get flustered in that environment and was not familiar with this places deals. They did say they would honor the happy hour price and give me more product but refused to return my money. The "manager" walked away and I was helped by a very nice woman who explained more about their deals and tips and tricks for a new dispensary visitor. She said they'd hate to lose my business and I thanked her for her excellent customer service but told her I would not be returning because their poor excuse for a manager is a nightmare. That woman should not be managing a lemonade stand let alone a business. And as I walked out she was cackling in the back room. It may be a further drive but stay far FAR away from this place, especially as a newbie, unless you're willing to put up with god awful customer service and berating. The vibes there very much seem to be "back alley drug deal" which begs the question, is this a legitimate business or not? News alert "babe," your business is legal now, time to start acting like it. There are plenty of other options where customer service is valued. **Update! One of the other users on here mentioned that the Jade Room in Artesia is a WAY better experience so I checked them out and can confirm, go to the Jade Room for an excellent experience and great variety! read more

The sales lady Jessica completely ruined my experience here. I've been to this dispensary close to 10 times and have spent thousands of dollars without ever having an issue until now. Over a $20 disagreement, she turned the whole situation into an argument and honestly made me never want to come back. I drove 4 hours total to come here and spent over $300 the day before. I forgot to grab one more pack of edibles, so I came back the next day before heading out. Suddenly, Jessica tried charging me almost double for the exact same product, even though there were no specials or discounts applied the previous day. I explained that I had literally bought it the day before for a much lower price, and instead of giving any real explanation, she just argued with me over it. It felt shady and unnecessary, especially considering how much money I've spent here over time. The only reason I'd ever consider coming back is because Ace, Money and the British guy are always friendly, professional, and actually provide great customer service. Really disappointed. One employee completely ruined what used to be a good experience for me. 0/10. read more

Walked in and there's a hallway leading you to the left. We stood in the entrance for about 30 seconds or so and then started walking down that hallway... a rude voice out of nowhere yelled "Hey, we need your IDs!!". Well, then why don't you show yourself and actually do your job and be there when people walk in? These two chicks at the front were extremely rude and completely had a "not giving a crap" attitude. Typical, I guess. But still. So we get what we need from their limited selection (my fiancé needs to micro-dose THC gummies for pain) and left. I messaged a friend asking if he knew of any local dispensaries because we have been striking out. He said he goes to some over in Anaheim and then he specifically said "there's one over off Leffingwell and Stamy that's local but it is way sketch".... ok, so feeling is mutual. Good little spot to pick up edibles for Knott's Berry Farm. Edibles got me really high. They had a 5 grams for $15 thing going on flower. Went here for the first time since the shop we usually go to is closed. Anyways we entered the shop and there were 2 people in the front we went up to them and not one word was said from them. Both on their phones. Waited for a bit to see if they would say anything, not one word was said. So I walked towards the back door and some guy yells and says Hey we need to see some ID. Like okay first of all no yelling was necessary and second of all you should pay attention to who walks in the shop be more alert. Anyways this place is sketchy and the workers in the front are rude especially some dude with glasses. Ghetto ass place. Will be sticking with our usual instead. read more
