Look at all the negative 1 star reviews... how could a business be so despicable. First off, their price labels on the bottles dont match what the register rings up (register rings up a higher price) and if you dispute it, the counter person says it was labeled incorrectly, sorry. Specifically writing a good review to counter all the bad reviews (which I'm surprised to see). I went in to pick up a few things, and while I was there noticed they had a great selection of scotches. I had been looking for a very specific bottle, Craigellachie 13 Year, for over a year and hadn't found it anywhere. I just happened to ask one of the guys there and when he saw it in the system with a stock of 2 left, he not only searched every shelf, but went and searched in the back as well and was able to find the bottle that I had so long sought! I was super excited, and it tasted as great as I had remembered. Can't compliment the stellar customer service enough and I will definitely be back! read more

The customer service at this place is despicable. Went there to purchase alcohol for a party and spent over $200. I asked for two bottles of seven daughters moscato and they gave me two bottles of seven daughters white. I called them and told them that they had given me the wrong wine and they said it's fine I could exchange it as long as it's not open, after I drive there they said no actually they can't do it. They are careless because it was there mistake to begin with and I didn't need the additional attitude from their staff. If you want good customer service do not go here. read more

This place is okay, only went once. They're a little pricey. I went for Reisling but got turned off when I realized that lots of their wine selection was exposed directly to the sun all day long. I'm just a novice at wines but people have not been keeping wines in cellars and other such dark places underground for hundreds of years for nothing, is all I'm saying. And you have walls and walls of midrange and higher wines exposed to the sun? All day long? I settled on a mead, which I'd never tried before and really enjoyed it. I'd go back for the mead if I absolutely could not find anywhere else but other than that, meh. read more

I really don't like giving 1 stars to a business but this place really deserves it. The guy working there was not nice at all and seemed like he just wanted to make a sale - which really bothered me. I heard great things about this place and its selection, but it's amazing how bad service can make a place's Grey Goose turn into vinegar. I don't think I've ever walked out of a store so disgusted. The employees don't want to help you; they actually get angry and perturbed when you ask for help. I asked if they had a specific wine, which I had written down on a piece of paper, their employee took my piece of paper and after not being able to find the brand in his system, threw the paper back at me. Then he sat down and continued to chow down on his chinese food. One of their customers was actually trying to apologize to me for how they were treating me. There are way too many mom-and-pop liquor stores that welcome you into their stores; why waste time at a place that treats you like garbage. Support people who are nice. I'm not one to get angry and write bad reviews, but then again, I have never had anyone raise their voice at me as a customer asking a question. I stopped by to pick up a few bottles quickly and the place was actually a bit pricey. A lot of wines were placed near the window and you can notice that they get a lot of sun exposure. I definitely would not pick up a wine from there. The staff was indifferent. They didn't really care and had a whatever attitude towards my purchase. I would only go in if I had to. read more

I have been going here for years, and have never had a bad experience, or bad wine. I am always greeted when I walk in, and they have always been very nice.
