Nice local wine and liquor store with a rather large wine selection. The guy who works their is always very friendly and has is truffle dog with him usually! Perfect spot to stop at if you need a bottle of wine to bring somewhere or to grab a last-minute spirit. read more

This shop looks dinky when you walk in. but their selection is a chefs kiss. There are few stores in NY or Long island such a good selection of fine wine. France, Italy, Napa. Really a large choice with various price ranges and information about the top sellers with ratings and tasting notes. I cant say enough good things about this little wine shop. read more

This is a pretty decent place to get wine. There's a lot of hit and miss with the bottles here, but they occasionally have good deals. They have a lot of cheaper bottles that are more accessible, and a couple of truly interesting ones for those who are very into wine. It's definitely worth stopping by just in case. I've found a few great gems here: a 1997 Medoc, a 2003 Margaux, a 2002 Pomerol. Service depends on who you get. Some of the staff knows more about wines than others. I do like that they tend to have a guide of the good and bad years of the different wine growing regions. read more

Very disappointed is an understatement. I Have been coming to Pequa Spirits for over 6 years since I moved into the area. They had been honoring a price on a wine that is $4 less about a mile or so down the road. Pequa Spirits was closer to my home. Today for some unknown reason when I was at the checkout some guy (who I think is fairly new) to the shop walks away after I told him what they have charged me in the past and told him to look up my account. He came back to the register and told me he couldn't honor that price any longer. He refused to look at my account and the amount of money I spend. They won't honor pricing unless you have proof or flyers but meanwhile they were the people honoring the price down the road. Suffice to say, they will not be getting anymore of my families business. Keep in mind we are talking about a $4 difference on one bottle of wine!!! Makes you question is all their pricing inflated!!!! read more

Pequa Spirits has a great selection of all types of wines and hard liquors. One you become familiar with the store, the layout is pretty logical. I like their selections of vodka, champagne and Long Island wines. Their weekly sales are really terrific. Every week you can find three or four choices of everyday drinkable 1.5 liter Pinot Noir(generally the most expensive red) for less than ten bucks. Their champagne sales are great with good brands like Roedderer or Piper Heidzig in the mid-twenties. Servicable vodka goes on sale for about ten dollars. Pequa Spirits is my favorite liquor store in the Massapequa area. read more

This store has the largest selection of any store I've ever been to. So glad it's conveniently located. I have been coming here since I was 21. I am not a wine aficionado and I needed to get a gift for someone who was so I asked for help. The employee Rob gave me such great advise and my gift was a hit. frequent the store but had a bad experience today 6/6/18 about 3pm. while waiting for my change, a tall young male employee came up & asked the cashier if she was eating today. she then responded asking about where they were going. as they continued their conversation, she was not giving me my change. I asked could I please get my change. she started to put her hands in the open drawer when he continued to discuss lunch with her & she stopped helping me & turned to continue talking to him. all this time i'm standing there with my hand out. I just need my change so I can get to my appointment. I could not believe this. I then said "could you please finish this up after I get my change". she finally gave me my change. as I turned to leave he said "RUDE"! that is so bizarre as they were being rude & inconsiderate to me the customer.
