Brandy was a complete delight to work with; great communication and she made me feel comfortable during the process with her friendliness and obvious expertise. I didn't see much tan development for about 24 hrs, then wow the color came in beautifully natural and I was feeling myself! Brandy warned me how the tan would eventually disappear, but it did so much later and more naturally than I imagined. The tan did so much for my confidence and my boyfriend loved it too. I was very lucky to have someone as skilled and super cool as Brandy do my first tan. Im not sure I will ever be as pleased as I was with Smooches. Unfortunately, there is nothing to be done except wait for it to rub off. To note, they provide specific lotion to apply to the designated areas which was applied. Lee Suites is the fact that they have a welcoming face in the front entrance to greet you and help you find your salon professional. You have access to the laundry rooms with water included. I would NOT recommend Zoom Fit based on its membership agreement, cancellation process, refund…read morepractices, and overall business practices. I joined on June 27, 2026, and paid $39.99 for a "Zoom Fit + UV & Spray" membership. On June 30, I tried to cancel during the three-business-day cancellation period stated in Zoom Fit's own agreement. The online portal would not let me cancel because Zoom Fit requires members to wait ten days after signing up, even though the agreement says online cancellation is the only accepted method. So Zoom Fit gives members a three-day cancellation right but does not allow them to use its required cancellation method until day ten. I submitted my cancellation by email instead. Zoom Fit's legal counsel, William Leve, later confirmed June 30 as the date of my request and said the appropriate refund would be issued. Kristin Stevens, Zoom Fit's Operations Support Manager, later told me I would receive only $20 of the $39.99 I paid. Zoom Fit justified the partial refund by counting Saturday and Sunday even though its agreement says weekends are excluded, applying an 8:00 p.m. cutoff that does not appear in the agreement, and splitting the bundled membership into undisclosed "fitness" and "wellness" portions. The company never provided a clear calculation showing how it arrived at exactly $20. The agreement is also internally inconsistent. It sells a Zoom Fit membership and includes extensive terms covering physical activity, fitness facilities, exercise equipment, programs, assessments, health and safety, and "Club Policies." At the same time, it says Zoom Fit is not a health club or health studio and claims the fitness services are merely incidental to tanning. The same agreement then includes Florida's three-day "health studio" cancellation and refund language. Zoom Fit appears to call itself a fitness business when selling memberships, but a tanning business when health-studio rules may apply. It also appears to interpret its agreement in whichever way benefits the company and leaves the consumer with the smallest refund. This is about more than $19.99. It is about a cancellation system that blocks consumers from using the right written into the agreement, undisclosed timing rules, contradictory contract language, and a refund calculation the company would not clearly explain. I submitted the agreement, cancellation records, portal screenshots, payment and refund records, and Zoom Fit's written explanations to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. I am also submitting additional compliance complaints concerning health-studio registration and classification, fitness services, tanning operations, contract practices, and consumer protection. Anyone considering a membership should save the complete agreement, screenshot every cancellation attempt, and keep all payment records and communications with corporate support. Zoom Fit may not resolve the issue voluntarily, but those records may be useful for regulatory complaints, charge disputes, or small claims. Consumers who obtain a judgment may also be able to recover allowable filing and service costs. The two in-store staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that's the only positive thing I have to say.
