She haded out paper money with Chinese numbers on them and children would have to use money to 'buy' fruit they like. In the process, they are encouraged to speak and count the names of fruits in Chinese and read the Chinese letter on the money. And they get to eat real fresh fruit that they 'buy'. So brilliant.
