I used to spend hours upon hours researching destinations in order to find the perfect one, but I don't have that kind of time anymore now that I have a baby! Karen was able to give me information on resorts I was interested in as well as offer recommendations based on our likes/dislikes, wants/needs and must-haves. She also caught a flight discrepancy from an online booking site. There was an overnight stop in Calgary that wasn't clearly displayed in the flight details. Apparently he does not need our business which is fine as we can take it else where. What happened to good customer service. I shouldn't have to be the one to follow up. I would not recommend using this travel agency! Based on my experience with travel agents they are great if you know exactly what you want but if they have to work for the commission it's not worth thier time!
