started out we had a joint replaced. we hooked up to our camper for vacation and got about 10 miles…read moreand the driveshaft came flying out. looked at it and one of the clips that hold the cap in place was not there. we had to have the truck and the camper towed. it also knocked of a emission component by the gas tank. the good. they took care of replacing the driveshaft . they took care of the towing. with the truck being our only transportation, we had to rent a vehicle while they ordered the shaft. they would not reimburse for rental. even after admitting fault. they fired the tech because this was the second one in a month. any time my wife would call the advisor would be demeaning to her. the last time she called , the check engine light was on. autozones code was for the part they replaced. we never had a light on before all of this. his words were want do you want? it is an old truck! excuse me , it is 2006 with 125 k on it. so many times they could have made this right and failed!! and beware if your a lady doing business with them!!!

Everyone there is always friendly, honest, reliable, and easy to talk to. They keep you updated, do great work, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. This is the second time I've trusted them with my vehicle, and I've honestly had such a great experience both times.
