We were a couple days…read morefrom house closing and an out of state move when our RV trailer brakes froze and the wheel fell off, stranding the trailer in the street in our neighborhood. No other trailer repairmen would work on axles except for Freddy. He made numerous calls to try to locate an axle. When that was not successful, he was able to have someone weld a spindle to the axle and eventually get the trailer up and running. He went above and beyond making calls and exploring options because he knew we were in a pinch. Although he lived in williamsport, he responded to Nashvillemultiple times and had to deal with shipping issues with FedEx in the meantime. He was super friendly, professional and courteous. And his rates were very reasonable. He could have charged anything he wanted given our situation, but he didn't take advantage of it. He even took apart the other drums and repacked the bearings to make sure everything was in tight order. This is a guy you can trust and a guy who will do whatever it takes to help you out.

I bought a new battery at NAPA but the battery installation required a computer re-boot of the car's electronic system plus it had more wires and cables attached to it than Frankenstein. It was not a do it yourself job. I called Expedite Auto and Dylan came out today and had the battery installed and running within 30 minutes. Dylan's is very professional and highly skilled and his prices are very reasonable. He also does a ton of brake repairs and replacement right at your house as well. started out we had a joint replaced. we hooked up to our camper for vacation and got about 10 miles…read moreand the driveshaft came flying out. looked at it and one of the clips that hold the cap in place was not there. we had to have the truck and the camper towed. it also knocked of a emission component by the gas tank. the good. they took care of replacing the driveshaft . they took care of the towing. with the truck being our only transportation, we had to rent a vehicle while they ordered the shaft. they would not reimburse for rental. even after admitting fault. they fired the tech because this was the second one in a month. any time my wife would call the advisor would be demeaning to her. the last time she called , the check engine light was on. autozones code was for the part they replaced. we never had a light on before all of this. his words were want do you want? it is an old truck! excuse me , it is 2006 with 125 k on it. so many times they could have made this right and failed!! and beware if your a lady doing business with them!!!

Worked on trailer for Pontoon Boat! These guys had previously worked on my boat. New bunks, lights,…read moretires, winch and strap. Charged me $2500. They put 4 ply tires on the trailer. Minimum 8 ply should have been used. Ended up with 2 blow outs. Highway patrolman that stopped and helped my wife and I called it reckless and dangerous. We're lucky no one was hurt. Also winch didn't work correctly. The boat didn't fit on the trailer either. I had to have that adjusted for an extra $130. I'm thankful passerby's stopped and assisted. Be very careful if using this company. I have learned a very expensive lesson and I certainly don't want anyone else to get themselves in a dangerous situation.

Took car to John's tires where i have normally taken my cars for years. I had been sold a bad tire. It was a used tire, but if it's bad, it's bad and doesn't need to be used. John's staff found the problem, took care of it, saved me several hundred dollars(was told by the other place there was some major problems), and had me back on the road riding so smooth in under an hour.
