My vehicle has no fluid leaks but mysteriously shortly after picking it up the car overheated and had no coolant, and the engine started ticking because there was no oil. So why not check the transmission fluid now, and guess what that was empty now too. The gas cap was broken, and battery was being jumped when I arrived to pick it up. They did not reconnect my windshield washer hoses so it was all leaking to the ground, the a/c blower motor had a shop towel in it, and there were paint sticks in the sunroof. More problems when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. They were referred to me by Benton Nissan, but I wouldn't refer them to my worst enemy. If you do decide to take you vehicle here check all your fluids before you pull out of the parking lot. read more

Super profession and yet personal. We felt confident and reassured that they knew what they were doing when we went for the initial estimate. And they did! Beautiful job with special attention to details, making sure every damaged part of our rear tailgate and bumper was done right. The cost was spot on for what they told it was going to be, no surprises, so was the timeline for getting in and the timeline for how long the repair would take. It was actually done a few days early. We never felt rushed or any indifference when we spoke to anyone there. Super customer service. They were recommended by the car dealership where we bought the car and we are so glad we went with them. They also offer a lifetime warranty on the work for as long as you own the car. I was MORE than pleased with the car detail done by Hunter's Body Shop. I would have given a 5 but, I noticed the back seat area of my Ford Explorer was down and when I put the seats up in normal seating I noticed that area did not get cleaned. Probably my fault as I 'should' have had it in the normal 7 person seating. That said, I dropped my car off and was driven home to wait until the detail was complete by a very nice lady named Ronnie. She even brought me a bottle of water when she picked me up. It is one of the cleanest body shops I have been in. The office area was spotless. Bottom line, if you're looking for an above average and friendly body shop this IS IT!!! Also, the price was more than fair. I will DEFINITELY go to Hunter's Body Shop again. read more

I can't say enough about the customer service at Hunter's Body Shop! While repairing my car, they found prior frame damage. I had purchased my car from a used car dealership that guaranteed no frame damage. The wonderful folks at Hunter's took photos and wrote a letter explaining what they found so I could take it up with the car dealership. They did great work on fixing that car and thanks to them, I now have a different car with no frame damage! The car dealership couldn't argue with what Hunter's provided as proof.
