It was amazing because they didn't have lights on in the showroom and you could see how much light the solar tubes brought into the building. We have one solar tube in the bathroom and one in the kitchen/living room. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. When a neighborhood says that there's no soliciting, why would you go ahead and solicit anyways? Avoid at all costs!! I would not trust these people with anything.

They have now no call/no showed 3 appointments to finish the work and energize the system. Despite my repeated attempts to keep the project moving and get the work completed, ION Solar has stopped responding to me. The box that is supposed to contain our solar meter has been covered with a sheet of cardboard for nearly a month now because they have not come to complete the work or have it inspected. We are proceeding with a project abandonment complaint through NMRLD's Construction Industries Division, as well as with our financing company, and the guarantor of their surety bond in New Mexico.
