Screen is fixed but now laptop fans make it too loud to use, seem to have traded one issue for another. Ended up just buying a new one. Owner seems to be a fine guy but was not a good experience I would recommend to others. If I had been more local and not out of state constantly, would've picked it back up after the first month and went to Best Buy or something.
