He does not nickel and dime like other services I've used in the past and I love that the products are non toxic. Even with the minimum charge, I'd still say he has the best prices in town for such a high quality service. David was extremely responsive and accommodating to my scheduling requests. We have pets, with some very stubborn stains. I asked David if he charged extra for pet treatment - and he said no, it was a flat rate (which I have never experienced - I usually get charged a hefty fee for having pets). David pre-treated the carpets, and then cleaned the carpets. He does not use harsh detergents, so no residue is left in the carpet. The carpets dried within 3-4 hours and they look brand new. No stains! Yay!! I most definitely would highly recommend David!! Oh, and I forgot to tell you - he places little styrofoam wedges under all the feet of the furniture, which can be removed after the carpet has fully dried. I appreciated the attention to detail!!

We wanted to get our carpets cleaned but were hesitant to do so because in the past, we'd hire someone like Stanley Steemer and they'd vacuum and leave in 30 minutes. Really wanted someone with great attention to detail and would do a thorough job. Decided to look on Yelp to see which companies around us had positive reviews. Classic Carpet Cleaning has some amazing reviews and now I understand why. Matt was so quick to respond to my Yelp messages regarding pricing and availability. I actually felt kinda bad because he was so responsive and it was during the weekend! Pricing was clear and setting up an appointment was so easy and extremely professional with email and text reminders. On the day of the appointment, Matt showed up exactly at the time we scheduled. The…read moreother contractor used photographs that I sent and then generated a quote based on inaccurate information that they thought they saw in the photo (they quoted based on a marble shower, and nope, it's not marble). The other one never called me back. I appreciated the consistent communication from GroutPro and they also did a great job! We had a small shower with mold on the caulking and it really needed to be removed and re-caulked. Kirk was thorough in explaining what he would be doing and why he used the materials he did. He was also helpful in explaining how we can help avoid having so much mold in the first place. He spent several hours making sure the job was just right. I wouldn't hesitate to call GroutPro again for any future jobs. Recommended!

The grout was dark and no matter how much I cleaned, I could never get it to look better. Decided to check Yelp for companies around here with good ratings. Was able to make an appt easily with Evin to get a price quote. Our project took two full days. I was impressed at how diligently Derek and Kirk worked; it looked exhausting! Not inexpensive but you definitely get what you pay for. (Check out our before/after photos) Derek and Kirk worked tirelessly on our kitchen floors and on the second day, Derek spent all day on our two upstairs showers. The process for making the grout look brand new is very laborious and time-consuming but the finished product looks awesome! These guys were lying on the floor, pretty much with a fine-toothed comb, scrubbing the grout and applying sealant, etc. Topnotch work! Kirk was very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned the wet Swiffer is about the worst thing you can use on your tile! Derek was also very skilled and friendly. My only issues with GroutPro are these: * Prepare to wait. I was expecting to get a price quote immediately after the consultation, maybe 1-2 days later? However, after waiting 2 business days and then the weekend, I started wondering if maybe Kirk forgot about us. Then finally on the following Monday, we got the email quote. I guess I was excited about starting the project and couldn't wait! Fast forward to after our project---things were great and we were actually thinking of having GroutPro do more work. Texted the owner for a price quote and thought I'd get it within a week, but since it's been over a month, I'm thinking he forgot about us. So giving customers price quotes faster, as well as following up would be an area that GroutPro could improve on. * The hose that was used for cleaning our tile went from their van into our house. Not sure why they placed the hose on our lawn instead of the driveway but it ended up making some unsightly impressions in our front yard. I didn't really notice them until our neighbors pointed the marks out, thinking someone had ridden dirt bikes all over our grass. Turns out it was from the GroutPro hose. Other than that, we are super happy with our kitchen floors now. The tile and grout looks so much cleaner and brighter. Would recommend GroutPro to anyone looking to regrout their floors or showers. They do great work!
