Pricing was clear and setting up an appointment was so easy and extremely professional with email and text reminders. On the day of the appointment, Matt showed up exactly at the time we scheduled. I can tell a lot of his positive reviews on Yelp are because he is just a really interesting person who does exceptional work. We talked about his amazing work career and I was so surprised when he told me about how he started doing carpet cleaning part time for a while, and how it was his favorite job because it was so fulfilling. This is the 4th time I've had Matt out. Home runs each and every time. This is the only cleaning service that I use and recommend to family/friends. We bought a brand new sofa at the same time that we bought two puppies...not the best decision. It was impossible to get the pee smell completely out. He did a triple bio-treatment and it turned out great. Photo below. (The cleaning service doesn't fix the rips and tears from the dogs, obviously). We had him do the stairs as well. Photo below.
