This is the 4th time I've had Matt out. Home runs each and every time. This is the only cleaning service that I use and recommend to family/friends. We bought a brand new sofa at the same time that we bought two puppies...not the best decision. It was impossible to get the pee smell completely out. He did a triple bio-treatment and it turned out great. Photo below. (The cleaning service doesn't fix the rips and tears from the dogs, obviously). We had him do the stairs as well. Photo below.
