I've had an incredibly troubling experience with Expert Construction's appointment setter service. Their persistent harassment and deceptive practices are concerning, to say the least. The representatives consistently used fake phone numbers, making it initially impossible to figure out where they were calling from. Claiming to be in Nashville, their mispronunciation of basic landmarks suggests they're operating from an overseas call center. I even received unwarranted threats of their appointment setters showing up at my home. Despite my polite inquiries, they steamrolled me with aggressive tactics and a complete disregard for privacy. Upon reaching out to Expert Construction and speaking with someone who claimed to be the owner, I encountered unprofessional conduct. Denying prior complaints, he resorted to talking over me and abruptly hung up when I tried to provide details about the situation. This raises serious concerns about the owner's commitment to addressing customer concerns. The owner fully admitted that the appointment setters were indeed representing Expert Construction. The behavior exhibited by Expert Construction and its representatives is completely unacceptable. I urge everyone to be cautious when dealing with this company, and I hope sharing this experience will prevent others from going through a similar ordeal. A recent egging prank left stains on my roof (don't ask). I am a PWD, so I can't get to the mess on the roof, so I called Expert Construction Roofing for a small cleaning job. They cleaned out the eggs and more at a reasonable price and even advised me to get my house frame re-done. He is an addict If you call him outside of business hours, he will cuss you out because he is either drunk or a meth. Not a business you should support at all. read more
