I contacted Sal on a Tuesday and he was here Friday tuning the piano. His pricing was upfront, and…read moreI appreciate that. He spent over 2 hours with the piano, making this newly inherited heirloom sing again to make my grandma proud. He was very honest, and did not upsell me or even try to. In fact, I tried to upsell him and asked about a cleaning since this piano had been sitting for a few decades. He said it was in excellent condition, and his mantra was "If it's not broke, don't fix it," which I really appreciated. He also explained every step of the process, and used a tool that allowed me to watch him as he tuned it. I could see how when he first came it was really out of pitch and tune on the app, and then when he did the full tuning I could watch the symbol on the app go into the tuned position. He was also a really nice, courteous guy. He took off his shoes on our new carpet. He never asked me to leave a review, and I'm glad I went with him. I'm definitely going to use him again.

Unplayable. I am furious. I feel totally scammed. I spent $400 and my piano sounds worse than before. This person is not ethical and I demanded my money back and if I receive it I will consider making this a 3 star review.
