He's extremely talented at what he does and very meticulous. He leaves your piano looking (and sounding) as good as it did (maybe even better) than it did when brand new. As I was playing my Baldwin Grand, about I week ago,I realized that hadn't had her tuned in over 2 years. I contacted Brandon on the basis of what other customers have said about him. True to the reviews, Brandon was great all around; he is an accomplished pianist and technician. As I watched him it was easy to see how passionate and meticuous he is about his craft. He diagnosed some current and other problems to address in the future and made worthwhile suggestions so that I can continue to preserve my instrument at it's peak. When he finished his work, he give me a written analysis of what he did and what would be ideal to address in the future. After he left, it was wonderful to sit down at my piano again and fully appreciate the sound, (if not my playing). Perfectly tuned!! Brandon also has quite an incredibly well designed website with numerous service options, many of which can be maintained via monthly payments in order to avoid sudden and large costs. It is really quite thorough when it comes to the different plans and services. Ever since Brandon tuned my piano, she sounds as beautiful as she looks; and she is lovely to behold; she has wonderful legs and is always impeccably dressed.
