She first mentioned that would be difficult. Then she said they wouldn't schedule a visit for a Friday. They only send out technicians for stacked units on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Why not just spit it out that you don't want to service a stacked unit and stop beating around the bush? Ridiculous place. I was willing to put up with their 5 hour window for a day as it was, but forcing me to take a day off for them to come when it's only convenient for them is not good for me. Owner refused to acknowledge that and attacked me personally saying that I didn't know what I was talking about, even though it was pretty clear and refused to service me... Please don't purchase from them. The fridge I bought from them was supposed to be working perfectly fine, but it was already leaking Freon. I do not trust them at all.
