Got linked up with this towing company, specifically with Anthony, to tow a vehicle related to an insurance claim. I made a request when they contacted me to not tow the car till later in the day(as also requested with insurance, which they verified was sent over). He said he'd speak with dispatch and call me back, 25 minutes past so i called again, and he said he was 5 minutes away. I requested they cancel and said i would sort out my own towing of the vehicle because we need to get the personal belongings out and i don't have the keys. He said he'd speak with dispatch and call back. I show up at the house 10 minutes later and he is towing the vehicle against my request. I asked him leave the vehicle and he would not. After trying to speak with the head office, they also refused to cancel. I followed the tow truck as i spoke with insurance about the ordeal and decided i'll sort it out later, so i turned around and the tow truck driver sent the attached conversation(which was reported to state farm - where my agent is requesting they do not be used in the future with state farm or copart).
