She didn't realize the Stanley Hotel was here in Colorado so I took her and her old man up to see it. After that we went through Rocky Mountain National Park before heading back down to Southern Colorado. We stopped for food in Granby and caught a flat. Thought I had a spare bit the car had a donut. Crap. Well, it wasn't ideal but we were mobile again at least, if still 4-5 hours from home. Not half an hour later just past Tabernash, we hit a pothole that BENT THE RIM OF THE DONUT! Called for a tow and was going to Idaho springs to spend the night while he had someone coming to get them to take them back home. I started looking for tire places in Idaho Springs for tomorrow (it was Sunday and sun was going down so NO WAY would anything be open). Imagine my surprise when Pure Mobile Tire showed up as OPEN!!! I thought for sure it had to be wrong but took a chance and called anyway. Sure enough he was open. He asked what kind of tire I needed and I told him. He said he would check to see if he had one and call me back. He called me back a couple of minutes later and said he did! Wish I had called him instead of my insurance roadside assistance! The tow dropped is off in Idaho Springs and I called him again. He showed up 15 minutes later and got us back on the road not long after. $40 for the tire, and $100 for the service call... At almost 11 at night ON A SUNDAY!!! 3AM and we're back home safe after a very eventful day. If not for Pure Mobile Tire I would have been stuck in a hotel tonight while a friend drove for 10+ hours total round trip to pick up my folks and take them back home and get back home himself. Extremely reasonable, knew what he was doing, and quick! He took the tire (the original flat) off the wheel, mounted the replacement, took off the donut and put the real tire back on the car. 10/5 stars!

This was AFTER getting $170 for the 2.5 mile tow that took almost 3hrs from dispatch to final load up. After explaining that the part price seemed a bit excessive. Tomás (the owner) says "You know how this goes, we have to markup our parts." Taking advantage of fellow small businesses, those who don't know, or care, about reasonable pricing, or anyone in a bind.

He said he'd speak with dispatch and call me back, 25 minutes past so i called again, and he said he was 5 minutes away. I requested they cancel and said i would sort out my own towing of the vehicle because we need to get the personal belongings out and i don't have the keys. He said he'd speak with dispatch and call back. I show up at the house 10 minutes later and he is towing the vehicle against my request. I asked him leave the vehicle and he would not. After trying to speak with the head office, they also refused to cancel. I followed the tow truck as i spoke with insurance about the ordeal and decided i'll sort it out later, so i turned around and the tow truck driver sent the attached conversation(which was reported to state farm - where my agent is requesting they do not be used in the future with state farm or copart).
