This was my first time utilizing a tree service and I'm so glad I trusted yelp and went with Expert Tree & Yard Service. When I reached out, Alberto responded the same day to communicate with me and schedule a time for a free estimate. He communicated before he came over for the estimate to confirm his arrival. The estimate was quick and the price was decent. Afterwards send me a bid/quote through quickbooks which I accepted and we easily scheduled the day of the service. I needed a tree in my front yard removed completely and four trees along my fence line removed as they were destroying my fence, scraping my roof, and dangling precariously into my neighbors property. The day that the removal was scheduled Alberto's brother + one additional employee showed up at 8am and worked like crazy through 2pm. The whole staff was kind, courteous, and left my property better than they found it. I got an estimate to take a tree down and the estimator came out on time and was friendly. He gave a good price on taking down a tree in my front yard. I woke up one morning to find my Raywood Ash uprooted from a strong windstorm we had over the weekend. I frantically started calling tree service companies to get the tree removed ASAP, as I was trying to avoid any further damage to my outbuilding. Alberto called me back within a short time and told me he could come by my house to give me a quote that same day! The company did a great job removing a Silver Maple in my back yard. They were on time, cleaned up after they were done.

Alberto stopped by and gave us an estimate to prune an overgrown scotch pine that wasn't fully pruned previously by another company. A few weeks later he and an employee came out and did a phenomenal job thoroughly pruning that tree and even offered to trim some branches off another tree, which we agreed to. The fruit trees had delivered THOUSANDS of fruit and I needed to have them pruned back so that next year's harvest would be lessened. The false plum tree suffered damage from the winter snows and required careful pruning to better shape it. My yard was left clean with all the branches and fruit removed.
