I'll second that it's your average airport gift shop. The ladies at the register were super nice…read morethough, that's a welcomed, other than average change of pace. I snagged a cactus here which is the first time that I've done that at the airport. Yep, I get at least one cactus everytime that I go to Arizona. Actually, I have to tote it through the entire check-in process... not this time. This time I scored it here, after check-in. And the nice clerk lady even packaged it in a carry along box. I will be back and December and guess what? I might even get two.

While stuck killing time a layover my girlfriend and I found this cool little store inside Phoenix…read moreAirport. This store had cool little knickknacks with a Native American spin on them; my girlfriend actually purchased a cross shaped with Turquoise rocks as a present. I should also mention that this store also sold magazines, newspapers, candy, water & a wide range of HOT sauces=) Before we left we loaded up on little snacks for our Hotel room in Cancun which came in quite handy. Airports can really rip you off when it comes to purchasing just about anything but the prices at this place were quite reasonable. If and when I ever find myself at this Airport again I would definitely shop here if I forgot to bring something on my flight from home. If you find yourself in this Airport definitely give this place a once over. I gave this place 5 stars just based on your typical Airport store.

It is a story with a bad ending for the owner. Lovely store within a a great park space at Uptown…read morePlaza. I had a very teeny tiny issue with a $12 product - probably the least expensive item in this Upscale (trying to be Upscale) store. For some reason the cashier called the owner at her home to discuss what to do. WHAT TO DO !!! ???? She was impatient and offered no help - wanted my cc # or whatever for a very unique product . I left with no credit, no refund, ZIP ZILCH. How about "no worries lets get you something else" THE RESPONSE elicits how a customer feels, responds, and maybe reviews on platforms that have a big influence on diners, shoppers etc. The owner called me out on my review saying I was threatening yelling, and scaring the employees. I am 70 and injured with a smashed shoulder, four broken ribs and a brain bleed. The last time I yelled at any employee was probably 1980. And I am harmless - never did that. The owner is a FIRE STARTER and would do better with people if she was an Amazon Warehouse worker and not a front facing small business owner. This is a bad ending and the fire will burn because she is a fire starter. BAD ENDING FOR HER and the fire is going to burn.
