It was my first time…read moregoing with my relative, so ofc I'm browsing all the knick knacks, jewelry and clothing , which is apparently forbidden here?? every time I turned from a new section a couple feet away I'd be confronted with the same employee pretending to move racks around. The store is not huge and there was maybe one other person in the store. We had no bags on us (not that it should matter). The two employees and numerous cameras should be sufficient for loss prevention so it sucks to be made uncomfortable just for existing. Maybe safe if you are palm colored , idk.

The staff took their time with the hat and made sure it looked right instead of rushing through it. They were also great with the boots, helping me figure out what size actually worked for me across different styles and brands. That part matters because cowboy boot sizing can feel like it was invented by someone who wanted to make online shopping impossible. What I appreciated most was that they weren't pushy. They clearly knew their stuff, explained the differences, and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping me find the right fit. And that's just a short list. This is a store that needs to be explored in person in order to appreciate the range of its offerings. I get the sense that every time I visit, I'll find something different. Pricing is quite reasonable, which is probably why there were so many customers here when we visited! Kendall, the store manager, is so sweet and helpful. You can tell that she really believes in the mission of the space, which is to showcase local entrepreneurs in their ventures. She knows the story of each item and every seller. You can really feel the love in this space, and you know you are truly "supporting local."
