We thought we could not get what we wanted anywhere else. A competitor who had to do a special order and ship it from out of state, got us what we wanted, did so at almost half TFC price. Look elsewhere and get better service. The guys that came and did my floor worked really hard and did a great job of making it perfect. Someone must have accidentally tripped over the cord for my adjustable bed frame and the cord broke - I was really impressed that Creative Floors took care of it. Once the floor was torn out, they demanded 35 bags, and my cost jumped by over 50%. At that point, I felt like I was being held hostage. They told me if I didn't pay, they would leave me with an unfinished floor. I was completely stuck. Even if they had asked for 10k more, I would have had to pay. The drilling was extreme. Recessed lights came loose and fell out. Some vents fell out, and others were left hanging, turning the first floor into a mess. I had no warning this kind of damage could happen. When I couldn't get help from the staff, I contacted the owner, Celeste Carr, expecting some resolution. The worst part of this entire experience was speaking to the owner, who told me I was being offered only cents on the dollar as a courtesy, which I declined given what I had already paid. Instead of helping, she justified everything and told me I should have read the fine print. I felt betrayed. My advice: read every line carefully. This company leaves you without options once you're in. I fully expect the owner will respond with a fabricated story, but I stand by my experience.

I never write reviews on companies but I made an exception in this case because of the terrible…read morequality of the work that was done. Do NOT use this company. I wanted a high-end carpet install for my media room and they told me they do high-end houses. After the first installation, there was a visible seam in the carpet running down the middle of the room. They told me it was a problem with the way the carpet was milled, so they had to re-install. After that, they had to come out at least 4 times to fix areas that were coming loose. There are air pockets all around the room where the carpet was not laid correctly. After the 5th episode of this, I finally called somebody else. The carpet is coming loose around the perimeter of the wall. The new installer called their work "amateur." This was all in all a crappy install despite multiple attempts at repairing it. The installers for Knight Flooring do not know what they are doing and do low quality work.
