They're all patient, skilled, and genuinely kind. I go in fairly often for tailoring and repairs, and they are always welcoming and willing to listen carefully while I figure out exactly what I want done. Today really stood out. I brought back a pair of pants that had been hemmed and looked great, but just didn't feel comfortable when I wore them. I was worried I was asking too much since I'd already been in a few times about these pants, but Ping couldn't have been more understanding. She insisted on letting them back out while I was there, even though it was near closing time. She also noticed a jacket I had and tightened the buttons on that too--again, on the spot. She was so kind, accommodating, and generous with her time, and she wouldn't even let me pay. That level of care and customer service is rare. I bought a lovely dress at Belk to wear to a wedding. I wished that the dress was more…read moreform-fitting, covered cleavage securely, had tighter elastic in the balloon sleeves, and more fullness at the shoulders. Nadia and her assistant seamstress knew exactly what to do. They took in the sides above the waist, sewed the V-neck closed in a flattering and modest way, tightened the elastic in the sleeves making them drape nicer, and cleverly added stiff netting inside the sleeves at the shoulder to make them pouf better. The dress fit perfectly and accentuated my figure. My husband and I were very pleased with the alterations. Nadia was very pleasant and professional.
