For $19.99, you can do the online class. It is a bunch of reading, a 3 question quiz after each chapter, and a 20 question test at the end that you must score at least 70% on. It was such a hassle as AAA did not know how to transfer them and the DMV made a mistake on the sale/ transfer of my previous car. These guys took care of everything and I never had to step foot into a DMV. It took about a week to get everything fixed and I am so happy with my personalized plates registered correctly and on my car!!
