I completed traffic school online here about 3 years ago and remembered it to be painless and easy. When my husband needed to complete traffic school, I suggested he do it here. For $19.99, you can do the online class. It is a bunch of reading, a 3 question quiz after each chapter, and a 20 question test at the end that you must score at least 70% on. He was able to complete the whole course in under an hour and scored 100% on all quizzes and the final test. Highly recommend for those comfortable with online learning! read more

The rudest people ever. Today I witnessed a very polite older lady asking the male worker wearing a white shirt questions and he got annoyed and yelled "IM BUSY" at her. She pointed out his rudeness very calmly and omg.. he acted like a 5 year old throwing a tantrum. He screamed in her face after she asked to see the owner and after she left, he insulted her and made fun of her loudly to the entire office and his male coworkers joined in. If you want to be made fun of for asking questions (which is their job to answer), by all means, come to place. If you're looking for genuine kind and good service, don't come here. To the male staff, one day you will be old and confused. You will ask questions and won't have the working capacity of a sharp minded person anymore. I went to this traffic school to add my domestic partner's name to my car title, but they informed me that paying taxes and having a smog check were necessary. I informed them that DMV form 256 states that I am not required to pay and undergo a smog check. I called the DMV while I was getting my smog check to inquire about the sales tax issue. The DMV stated that there is no tax required for adding someone to my car title. The DMV stated that they are unsure of the reason for the traffic school giving me that information. read more

I went to Michael to transfer a title of a car to gift it to my dad. Michael was able to do it without me having a copy of the title. I liked the convenience and did not mind paying extra for peace of mind. My dad has low income and he was also able to buy government car insurance for my 16 year old sister to drive. I would give them ZERO STAR if I could. Full of lies and attitudes. They charge $330 for a marriage license (have to come back the next day to sign, which is not convenient) when the court do it for only $61 in 10 mins (and you're done) if you have your application filled online. I had to cancel and lost $50 when Michael only filled the application for us! I had to call 10 times to make sure he is there for me to come to get my refund and nobody picked up the phone! I'm not going to lie. I didn't really have high expectations for this place going in and it was what I expected, only a little worse. LOCATION & PARKING // It's located in one of those small plazas with other random stores. It's BEFORE the Lee's parking spot so just be aware and don't miss it. There is plenty of parking here. SERVICE // So we walk in and we are helped by this man with a laptop. You can see that there are 3 workers working on laptops sitting in the front. We took a seat in front of the available one. He barely spoke to us (which is fine but don't make it weird) and just filled out stuff on his computer. He didn't speak to us while doing this so we just awkwardly sat there. The only thing I didn't like was he kept sniffling and aggressively rubbing his face. It was just uncomfortable the whole time. We were in and out within 20 minutes but I hated being in here. I know you're leading a highly competitive Traffic School office/DMV in California, so I'll get right to the point. I have never gone out of my way to write a Yelp review about any service provider because I am extremely busy with my work. But in this case, I must feel that I must. Regarding the agent: I highly recommend the front desk staff to enroll in an interpersonal skills class. The front desk people were very rude and unprofessional to me and another client in the office at the time. I have never seen such awful customer service in a professional office before and, quite frankly, do not understand how these people deserve jobs. Please do not let these people continue to represent your business even if they are your family members. If you lose clients or have trouble retaining them, the front office staff are the reason why. I highly recommend that the front desk staff become educated in interpersonal skills and customer service because they need to be retrained or fired. Completed the online traffic school, received a confirmation email stating that I passed and there was no action required from me. For whatever reason the court never received any documents from the traffic school and now I am paying more in car insurance... on top of the cost of traffic school... on top of the cost of the ticket. Got recommended by a family member to renew my tag and PNO. When I came, the staff was very nice and welcoming. I have explained everything and services I need to be done, after finish. They ask me to pay fees and services and come back after 3-5 business working days. I totally understand the services on the time manner, however when after I called the first time they said they will get back with me when it ready, I have waited a week and HAVE TO CALL BACK by myself to ask for updates. Then I came to pick up they have asked me to provide my insurance which they could have mentioned before I came to save my time and their times as well.Overall this place failed to provide me needed information and unclear, unreasonable charges with bunch of extra fees. I did pass the test and received their confirmation email for a month. Now the court send me a letter to remind that I must finish traffic school. I did call the court but nobody answered me due to CoVid-19 lock down. So I called the school and the guy told me that I have to bring the letter to his school.
