I park the furthest spot away to prevent door dings, I wax my car at least 4 times a year, I park under shade to prevent fading, I detail my car 1-2 times a year (personally), I rotate my tires religiously and do most of my own maintenance because I don't really trust anyone else to do it right. Well, then you are the type washes your car by hand to do it right. I only use car washes in the winter for obvious reasons. Touchless car washes don't do a good enough job. Leaving residue on the windows and on your paint, and the blast takes the wax off that is precious in the winter months. Other car washes uses bristles that tend to leave small scratches on your paint. Express Auto Spa is a soft touch car was that has not left any swirls or scratches on my paint and I've been using them for 6 years now, and this car wash is better than any in the area when it comes to wash for the price. They are full service in that they have free vacuums, provide complete detailing service, hand pressure spray to remove heavy dirt from the front and back of your car before entering the automatic wash and multiple options for your car wash that includes underbody and a variety of spray waxes and interior cleaning services. For me, nothing can beat a hand wax but occasionally I will use a spray wax in the winter just to add protection from the salt in the winter. The basic car wash is $6 and it comes with a hand towel dry. If you are like me and your car has heavy layers of wax, a basic car wash is all you need through the winter to remove the winter salt. I will occasionally bring my brake dust spray and spray down my wheels prior to entering the car wash as their brushes can't always get all the brake dust off. To me, this car wash is one of the best in the area for the money and the line is rarely long. I usually get in and out within 10 minutes. read more

I can't believe I'm the first to review! I don't get to stop here as much as I'd like, but if you're out west this wash can't be beat. I'm way picky about car washes and this is one of my top choices. It's $10 for a deluxe wash with dry but you need to spring an extra $10 and they clean the whole interior using the same TLC you'd take if you had the time. I've seriously waited 15 minutes for them to clean the inside out, floor to ceiling! Some years back I was lucky enough to be given an unlimited wash pass as a Father's Day gift. If I had planned my driving thru Waukesha, I could have had my car washed every day for three months for around $1/day! read more

So I'm on a roll trying to review some things other than food. Probably because I get hungry whenever I review food and the Dr. says I need to cut down.... I use this car wash all the time to get the salt off my car. It's only $5 and it does a better job than the touch free ones. They have this one old guy that works there day in and day out and he sprays down the car with a pressure washer before you go through the machine. I think it helps. The machine looks like it may need a little updating and it hits the car pretty hard-so not for the faint of heart! Knock on wood it's never damaged anything on my car. Hopefully the salt will be gone soon! read more

TERRIBLE! Even tipped $10 for good inside wash after camping. Dirt paw prints on every seat, dirt so thick on dash cant see through to plastic, console full of dirt, ketchup from kid still on window, floors full of stones. Wish i could post pics. Waste of $30 read more

If I could give no stars I would. Usually I have a great experience, the staff is great and friendly and pay attention to detail. But I got a car wash and then interior cleaning. When I got home I noticed that my mats were not in my car and I had someone else's mats, on top of my mats. When I looked in the back seat, my weather tech mat was not back there. Weather tech is NOT cheap. So I called them right away and the guy said yes, the guy who has your mats will be back tonight or tomorrow to return them, he didn't ask for my name or number to call me to let me know when they were dropped off So I returned the mats I had that night, and he took down my name and number. The next day I still haven't heard. So when I called to ask them about it he said that he talked to the guys and they don't remember taking any mats out of my car. Which when you get interior they always take out the mats, so right there didn't make sense. The mats they gave me had the other cars model on them so I don't know how that could get messed up. They will not do anything for me except say "I do not remember taking mats out of your car" WEATHER TECH MATS ARE SO EXPENSIVE AND NOW IM OUT. I'm so disappointed with how this was handled and how they will do nothing. read more

I went there today for the first time. 11/20/19. I was trying to pay with my debit card but the machine was having a problem reading it. The manager on duty took my card inside to see if it would work there. After about 3 min. he came back out and said that he was sorry but they were having problems with their internet and they could'nt take any cards at this time. He gave me a free wash and hand dry for free for the inconveinience. I call that great service. Thank you Express Auto Spa! read more

This is a drive through that does a better than average wash. Partly due to the pressure washer presoak by hand and then the spinning cloths. Free vacuums. Odd hours though. I dropped my unlimited washes because they open late and close early. Gas stations are always open. read more

Bought a "towel dry" exterior for $15 and the guys barely touched the car with the towel - if I pay an extra $5 to get a towel dry I expect the car to be dry. Take the extra 30 seconds and get the job done correctly. Disappointing...next time I'll go to Kwik Trip, pay $10 less and dry it myself. read more

Extremely unprofessional. I drive a sporty car that's known for generating a bit more brake dust than most vehicles. This car wash did an unusually poor job of cleaning the wheels. Not a big deal since they usually need to be touched up with a towel anyways...but this is where my experience went from OK to terrible. I asked for a towel to finish the wheels and was handed one just like when I've asked at any other car wash. About 60 seconds later, as I'm finishing the second wheel, the manager comes out screaming about wrecking his towel. At this point he said I might as well finish and continued to harass me as I finished the job. Then he told me to take the towel with me. Just very childish and unprofessional. He explained that his car wash has machines to do this. Clearly since I was on my knees doing it myself his machines didn't do a great job. He did say that there was likely a communication issue when I asked for the towel and his employee didn't understand that it was for the wheels, or I would have been given a different towel. But it doesn't make sense for him to yell at me for a request his employee didn't understand. At the end he asked me to go to a different car wash next time. Well... I didn't get an oil change, so I took the car for a wash. I know, logical change of plans. Anyway I remembered seeing this place a couple times, so I decided to go here. Really wasn't sure how the whole thing worked since usually (at least the places I went to before I move to the 'sha) there were people that would ask you what you wanted, mark up your windshield, you get out and go have some free popcorn, while they pretty up your car. Here, it is automated. You pull up, choose your wash option on the screen, insert your card/cash, then pull around, throw it in Neutral, and that's it. If you want them to towel dry the car, the wash is $10. The only problem I found was that there were still loads of those little helicopter things in the corners of the back window and a couple of other places. Considering I could see them and pull them away when I parked the car at home, I was surprised that the wash, nor the people drying the car caught those. I've kind of had it with this place. I was attracted to the $30 per month unlimited, towel dry service, but: Their hours are very inconvenient, 8AM to 6PM, which, for someone who has to be at work at 8 and works until 5:30, the only time I can reasonably get there is on the weekend. Then, they ALMOST NEVER OPEN AT 8?! This morning, my car really needed to get washed so I called my boss and said I'd be in a little late, got there at 8 sharp, and NO ONE WAS EVEN THERE YET. I waited, at about 8:05, someone finally showed up, but left me sitting there another 5 minutes, the computer that checks you in was on, but there was a cone blocking the entrance, so, it looked like they were open, people were there, the lights were on, but there I sat. So, finally, I got out of my car, moved the cone, and droveup to the automatic check-in, and it let me in. However, when I got thru the wash, one of the guys who was drying my car actually had the nerve to dress me down for moving the cone??!! I mean the guy was PISSED AT ME?!! Now, if it was my business, I would have APOLOGIZED FOR NOT BEING OPEN ON TIME AND MAKING A CUSTOMER WAIT. My monthly service expires in a few days, and I WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!! read more
