I got to Zippy's extremely often, probably even once a month due to the close proximity to my house. It has fast, efficient, and consistent service making it the easy choice. They offer a couple types of washes ranging from $5 - $15. As you roll into the automated car wash, the staff are super kind and try to clean the car with soapy water before it even enters the wash, to remove stiff grime. The wash usually always does a good job at getting my car clean, and the dryer works pretty nice as well! Highly recommend Zippy's if you are in need of quick and reliable service. read more

Been to a lot of carwashes and to be perfectly honest, they're pretty much all the same,ok,but not great.You go through and come out clean,but still lots of water drops all over the car still.You get out and wipe them off, because you don't get enough of the drying portion of the wash to avoid the drops.This was definitely not the case with Zippy's.It seemed like the drying process was longer,thus eliminating almost all the the residual water drops,so almost no additional wiping was required.I also like the brushing ahead of the actual wash so as to get stuff that might be stubborn,off or loosened.All in all ,I was very impressed with the quality, only wish there was one closer to my house.Great job Zippy's! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! There are two kids running the whole service and they cannot operate this machinery without any adult help. We need someone capable because so many cars did not get washed and got stuck within the car wash. Do not go here at all costs you will waste your life away and your car may be damaged! read more

Zippy's is my go-to for a car wash. Not only is it conveniently close, I think it's both well-priced and well-kept. It's great that there are lots of options available, not just a one-wash-fits-all approach. You can opt for a light wash for $5, up to the extreme shine option that will cost you $14. Each level up includes something additional like a tire shine, tri foam polish, and rain/surface protection. You can also opt for unlimited monthly washes on a discount. I generally go for the basic wash which runs me $8. It does the underbody blast and wheel cleaner - both are a big help to my black car/rims that tend to show off dirt and grim very easily. It's a heated dry which does the job for about 90% of my SUV. I feel the trunk and back bumper area always tend to have a little water residue as it doesn't get completely dry, so that's the only bummer. Another nice feature of Zippy's is the vacuum use included in your wash. Once you get through the indoor portion, you can pull off the the left into a parking spot where high-powered vacuums are available (free of additional charge so no need to dig for quarters). You want to be in, out, and done, and that's exactly how they run the place. Generally in just 3-4 minutes I'm on my way. read more

had a guy "sign me up" for a subscription but he didnt enter my info, just slapped a sticker on my car (and i cant get the gunk off) so i had to pay for my wash anyway. went through the wash a few times and my car was still dirty each time. not worth the time or the money. jillys gives a great wash and a great value. read more

I originally liked this car wash a lot but unfortunately after using it for several months I found a few dents, about the size of door dings, on my car's right side in an area that is very unlikely to be a door ding. The interesting thing is how close the dents are to one another, and both had a "swirl" look as you would expect from a rotating brush. Thank goodness I was able to get the dents removed by a local shop (Dent Clinic in Brookfield - highly recommended!!) for a fair price, but still much more expensive than avoiding the problem altogether. However, when the wash was damage free, I was always very happy with how shiny and clean my car was. The tire shine was a plus. If you come here your car will leave looking great, but you do run the risk of damaging your car because of the rotating brushes. read more

Convenient to downtown and has free vacuums. Car wash was great but not all of the vacuums were working so I had to switch stalls a few times. They keep it clean and have attendants there to help which is nice. read more

The staff was friendly and location was clean. However, the prices online are incorrect and now the $15 wash is $20.

I like this place. Decently priced. The car comes out looking great. Easy to pay and choose what you want. Definitely would recommend.

Your car simply does not get clean. If you request a rewash the attendant will tell you that you should have cleaned your car before coming to the car wash. Kinda defeats the whole purpose. read more

First time trying Zippy's and I did the light wash for $5. Guy pre sprayed front and back before entering and it did a great job. Dried it pretty well, a little wet on hatchback but overall will be back. read more

I wish I could say better things about this car wash; however, the main reason I come here is because it is minutes from my office. Today I chose the 'Basic' wash -- one tier higher than their lowest option. Leaving the wash I had soap still on my car, it was hardly dry, and my windshield still had marks all over it. I would mark this as a one-off experience, but this is the third time this has happened. Their vacuums lack powerful suction and leaving the parking lot is a bit of a disaster. I wish Zippy's was a better fit for me, but I'm afraid I will not be coming back. read more

I tried Zippy's today due to it being so close to home. I have regrets and I won't be back! The wash was more expensive than Mister Car Wash (my standard place), and I felt the machines didn't do a good job drying my car. My biggest frustration was that the vacuums sucked (no pun intended). I really felt like I couldn't clean out the inside of my car properly at all. Aside from this, the lot for vacuuming was full of garbage and plastic to the point I was worried my tires would get damaged. An employee was sweeping up trash but the level of garbage was unacceptable. I really wish this place was better because we need a good car wash on the east side!! read more

I purchased the $5 wash and it didn't clean my vehicle that well, left my car soapy, and the dryer barely did anything. Prefer the touchless car wash at BP for the same price. Will not be returning. read more

I like Zippy's car wash. Everytime I go there the vacuums always work. The only problem I have with Zippy's is the space between leaving the vacuum section and exiting the parking lot. read more

It was my first time washing and vacuuming my car here, but I really liked it. No wait, pay and go. Free vacuums are strong enough to clean my dogs hair. The person who was navigating, when there were no cars, walked around the area and cleaned. I will come back and recommend it to others :) read more
