It's easy to pull in and roll up to the two 24 hour drive-up ATMs. The ATMs are both modern systems with very responsive screens and keypads, though they only dispense $20 bills. The ATM in the lobby - which is also accessible 24 hours a day with a card - looked to be the same make, but I didn't try it out. It's a small location, so I don't know if they offer all the banking services of the larger branches. This location also doesn't appear to have any kind of drive-up teller access. If you need the assistance of the teller, you'll have to walk in.

Did you want me to send you a copy of it again ?" Me-"Yes, please send. Did not receive and please make sure that the account is not marked as paperless causing the problem." Me today-"No statement for the Estate account for December yet. Please mail a copy and find out where the mailed statement is. No statement received the dates of 11/19 or the current 12/19." Ended up calling customer service, the account was marked "PAPERLESS"! Careless service and no follow through for the 5th3rd Wheeling bank.

The worst credit union ever! I've been a customer for 5 years and never missed a bill or overdrawn…read moremy account. They denied my claim for a refund after I shipped a defective laptop back to the seller who defrauded me. Now they refuse to refund my money. Now I don't have a working laptop and have lost hundreds of dollars. I opened the claim 10 days after I received the laptop and found it defective. They made me wait 5 months before denying the claim and saying it's been too long since the purchase of the laptop. Outright criminal behavior. And their customer service and managers constantly lie, saying they'll call me back and to just wait longer but the issue has not been resolved after 5 months!
