I truly wish I lived in Blanco just so I could patronize Express. They truly represent how a small biz is supposed to treat the public. We live an hour away had loaned our car to a friend. Unfortunately the engine failed on them driving thru Blanco. It was towed to Express. Timothy was amazing. Fielded many calls from us. Diagnosed the issue. Keep the car on his lot for over a week. He offered advice and several options and the end of the day sadly we had to put our little Toyota down. Of course Timothy connected us with a salvage yard. All that and didn't charge us a penny. I had express automotive replace a wheel stud on my car and I was treated with respect as a customer. The mechanic thought he heard something so he had manager drive my car and found that a tire had bulges on it ..it was sounding like a rotor was bad but the rotor were fine. . I so appreciate the mechanics taking the time to make sure my car was safe ..this is my second review because they fixed my car before On another issue. Had my Mercedes E350 serviced on 6/16/21 and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and fast service. I had called before making an appointment to make sure that they had the right oil for a Mercedes and they had everything ready to go. The new owner Tim and the oil service tech Clayton were working like a NASCAR team communicating effectively back and forth as they worked on my car.
