I had called and check on the status on Wednesday around 3pm and the gentleman said that he hadn't even gotten around to doing a diagnostic on my vehicle. I extended my rental car, which in total cost me $400 To rent for the week because I have 4 kids and an obviously busy life. On Friday at 3:30 I called to see the status and he said that I was "next in line" to run a simple diagnostic. The expectation was set that it would be done by Thursday. I am only writing this because I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. I have been several times when they still have an hour or so before closing and they will say "they are short staffed" and can't do the oil change. This is my second time when I was the only car in line and they have refused to do the oil change even though there is over an house left before closing. I will no longer attempt to come to this location.
