    When I was approved for a 3 month loan with my 800 credit score the annual rate was about 45%. They kept emailing back with other terms.

I don't fn get it! I am almost NEVER rude to ANYONE when seeking some type of retail service! Most of the time NOT even AFTER I'm shown rude & ugliness in their attitudes, tones of voice & facial expressions! So I just said forget those ugly broads! (I'm referring to their attitudes but they were both pretty UNattractive on the outside too! :/ Lol.) & I drove my car, literally running on fumes & had NO $, to this place on Chapman & prospect JUST to get good customer service! Solely due to the other chicks on Tustin St. right before Palmyra. They DEF had NO place or reason to be so mean & ugly towards me & CLEARLY don't know what giving good customer service really means! This lady working here, was very friendly & didn't show any signs that she had an ugly heart! :) She was very pleasant & kind & ACTUALLY smiled most of the time I was there! As opposed to the ugly chicks that didn't smile NOT ONCE at me the WHOLE time I was there nor did they greet me upon entering the vacant store! (except ONE other person) Thank u to the pretty lady at cool cash! Well done hun! Lol. :) U deserve a raise or award! :)

I was excited to hear more about what FundMerica could provide. When Jada called me, I inquired if we had worked together previously as I received funding through a similar company last year. Jada answered my questions in yes or no quick fashion which seemed defensive and not customer service friendly. I asked if perhaps I caught her at a bad time as she seemed rushed. She asked me to elaborate and I explained how her short answers didn't make me feel that I knew much about FundMerica. She confirmed that she answered the question. At this point I advised she didn't seem too keen on having my business and that I like to feel comfortable and in good terms with companies I partner with. She said that was fine and ended the call. ...Very Disappointed to say the least. This was the Opposite of Lendzi, who communicated with me as if they wanted to do business with me. To top it off, I was going to tell Jada, well let's just move forward as again, perhaps she was having a bad day. Jada was so curt and dismissive that it confirmed for me that she and FundMerica were probably not the people I want to entrust to help me grow my business. Pretty cheap lesson to learn IMHO. We spoken through emails for a few months before me deciding if I wanted to deal with them or not. I was asking to submit 4 months bank statement first time was with one bank showing I made well over 100k in two months. But was denied because one month had lower income than others. So i presented other bank statements which one of those months was even lower than the other one. I was asked what I needed the money for or going to do with. I said buy box trucks. She asked how much are they, I told her roughly around 40k - 50k. Mind you I dont really need the loan, I just wanted to see what they will do since they kept calling me. So anyways she runs my personal credit after they said that doesnt matter. Then comes back with an offer of 16,000 lol. I make that in two weeks. Im like go ahead since im this far lets see what else. She comes back with 18k with a pay back of 26k at 299 a day for 4 months on a short term loan. Another guy calls me to set everything. Wanting full access to my bank account. He ask me a series of questions. Like what I need the money for, is enough. Which I told him yes me and my partner have the rest. Well that seems to be a problem.because he told me that they just didnt have funding for the night but will call me in morning lol. Then the broker Nicole calls me and gives me another story saying they rejected the offer due to me not allowing him access to my other accounts which is false was never asked to see them. Lol this place is a joke and would never refer anyone to them.

    I came in on Friday March 13 to put my trust on my bank accounts. I had an appointment with Kelly…read moreand she seemed like she mightne new in that job. She was pleasant,but a little unsure of how to go about it but she called someone for help a few times and it all got done. I mentioned that I had a check to deposit while I was there and she said she could handle that for me. She ran it through her machine, gave me a receipt and sent me on my way. She called back a few minutes later because she forgot to get a piece of vital info for the trust. A mistake, oh well,I gave it to her. No biggy. But then the following day Kelly called to tell me that the check I deposited was a foreign check from Canada. She says they don't accept foreign checks anymore. I explain that she gave me a receipt. She says,"yeah, that's on me. I guess I should have looked at the check." Hmmm. She tells me they reversed the deposit and now I need to come in and get the check. Confused, I ask if they have any suggestion on what my next step might be,she says "yeah, we don't accept those anymore." Three times at least. I say I understand and she says do you want me to see if they can make an exception for you? I reply in the affirmative. She ultimately sends me to a manager. I ask the manager if she has any recommendations to handle my issue. She says "we don't accept those anymore." Yes,I've heard that. Sigh. Any advice? She says I should open an account at a larger bank. I was dumbfounded. Change banks was their answer. Who says that? Move my money somewhere else? They accepted the check. This was not my mistake, it was their mistake. They did nothing to rectify it. The manager rattled off a few other things they don't do anymore and suggested having accounts at a larger bank might be the best option for me. AGAIN. I was so upset. I really loved this bank but this behavior is absurd and unacceptable. They are not the bank they once were.
