They answer the phone with the nicest staff ever on the second ring. If you are a small or medium sized business you want it ASAP cuz you've got stuff to do (like running your business) The girls at Payrunner know what you want before you ask. They know every report or any piece of info immediately. They know everything about payroll. They were up to date on covid workers Comp, harassment training... everything. They never screw up and the personal service cannot and will not be matched by any firm ever. I wrote a text to the owner a few weeks ago where I was ranting about how nice everyone is. Crazy nice folks who love being on the Payrunner team. Where else can you pick up the phone, call in payroll and it's done in 4.5 minutes. Do yourself a favor. Drop the the big guys. Their cute little sales rep tell a good story about all the features they have (that you'll never need or use btw) but they never mention that it's like dealing with the dmv. If you love spending forty minutes to explain to someone in India that you need a w2 for a past emloyee and you don't mind waiting til tomorrow to get it ... then ADP IS FOR YOU.

I found them on Yelp and decided to acquire them for my 2021 tax. Upon calling, Susan answered and transferred me to Alvin, whom introduced himself as a CPA. He provided me a quote for the cost of my filing which I agreed; the price was unbelievable so I referred other friends to him. I submitted all my documents to him and then he disappeared. I called his cellular number, no answer..email no answer. After calling the office and reaching Susan, he responded and forwarded my documents. I questioned it because I didn't make much more than the previous year, however, whatever he did, I was paying triple the amount of tax. He made some adjustment and although it was still double what I paid for, he refused to explain or do any further work on file, complaining the fee he offered me was "too cheap". I'm sorry but you quoted that-I didn't force you. What was odd was, I ended up getting a penalty because there was an error; again, it was so difficult to reach him for clarification-I ended up paying the penalty of $1,800. My friends had the same experience. They went to his office and sat with him; thus, he still made so much error and refuses to review it. Sadly, when they called, left voicemail to request for a copy so they can have it review by another CPA, no answer. It goes directly to voicemail. Definitely never going back to him and I would not recommend him. If you misquote a customer, that's on you as a business but you should never provide crappy services and dismiss their emails/calls. If anything, take accountability and explain your wrongful quote and provide the proper quote/price. Even so-if you don't want to be audited but have errors, don't go here.
