The thing that really turned…read moreme off and I will never go back to this car wash is because the lady who pushes buttons for you at the kiosk asked for a tip, she didn't help clean my car, she didn't detail it for me, she didn't do anything to earn a tip except for push a button and she wanted one so I felt uncomfortable. I hate being asked to tip people whenever they are just doing their jobs and getting paid minimum wage or above. Tips are for waitresses who make less than minimum wage not for people who push buttons outside of a car wash. Tip culture is getting out of control. And honestly I'd rather push the buttons myself so I don't have to talk to anyone

I had to wait a while because there were a lot of other customers and everyone was giving their vehicles a thorough cleaning. Either I was doing something wrong or the system was not functioning properly, because every option on the panel caused the hose to spray foam or some other cleaning fluid besides water. I just needed water for a rinse but the only option I found was a low pressure stream. I mean that worked, but it took several minutes. I paid with a credit card and I was charged $2 for about four minutes of time.
