Tips are for waitresses who make less than minimum wage not for people who push buttons outside of a car wash. Tip culture is getting out of control. I was able to do most of what I wanted done in one pass around the car, so it is pretty good on the time-saving side. The arrangement of the bushes by the vacuums is a little odd, but not the end of the world. Tons of bottle-necking possibilities in this design, but the actual wash part of it, from the soap on down, is solid. I can't say I would wait for this place ordinarily, but for the actual meat of the experience, it was very good.

Either I was doing something wrong or the system was not functioning properly, because every option on the panel caused the hose to spray foam or some other cleaning fluid besides water. Not just a missed spot or two -- the whole car still had grime like it hadn't been touched. I reached out to customer service hoping for a reasonable solution. Instead, they barely acknowledged the issue and only refunded $10, leaving me out $27.99 for a car that looks like it skipped the wash entirely. If I wanted to throw money away and still drive a dirty car, I could've just skipped the wash altogether. Totally disappointed. Poor service, poor results, and even worse customer support. Won't be back.
