Pushes vehicles too fast and leaves soap residue. They don't offer a water rinse. Instead they run the same wash you just had leaving more soap. While the young lady was nice and willing to listen to my concern the young man has poor customer service and should be retrained. Not to mention how hard that machine causes the brushes to against your vehicles my truck was rocking the entire time while sounding like people were hitting it with their shoes. For a monthly service this place is NOT worth it! read more

Absolutely not worth it. I paid $37.99 for a car wash and went through three times -- my car was still visibly dirty. Not just a missed spot or two -- the whole car still had grime like it hadn't been touched. I reached out to customer service hoping for a reasonable solution. Instead, they barely acknowledged the issue and only refunded $10, leaving me out $27.99 for a car that looks like it skipped the wash entirely. If I wanted to throw money away and still drive a dirty car, I could've just skipped the wash altogether. Totally disappointed. Poor service, poor results, and even worse customer support. Quick Quack? More like Quick Guilt Trip. I broke my finger, so I figured I'd treat myself to a car wash instead of scrubbing it out myself. What I didn't expect was to get cornered into a high-pressure sales pitch like I was signing up for a timeshare. Attendant: Which membership package would you like to purchase today? Me: "Just one wash, top package." Attendant: "You should get the unlimited membership. It's just $10 more." Me: "I'm just here for the one." Attendant: "But it's cheaper if you come back." Me: "I'm not interested." Attendant: "Why not?" Why not? Because I said no. I was one more push away from driving off soap-streaked and furious. And speaking of soap, the "top-tier" wash? Muddy wheel wells, dirty bumper, soap still stuck to the back window, and water droplets just waiting to turn into spots. I've done a better job with a garden hose and one functional hand. Won't be back. Not worth the hassle, not worth the hard sell, and definitely not worth the price. read more

I do personal shopping so while I was waiting for orders I decided to try this place for the first time. I paid for the 23 dollar option (non-member bc I wanted to see what it was like first...really glad I did) and I passed through, could still see SO much grime on my Jeeps hood, windshield, back window, and side windows. Like completely untouched/not even an attempt. I come through again and he says to go through again, which I do...and same exact thing. Since I was doing deliveries I couldn't spend my day passing through this wash to wait for it to just clean my Jeep. Won't be returning, hate that I wasted that money. read more

We have a membership with 3 vehicles on it and I was told today I didn't have a membership and the young man didn't bother to run my plate again and just asked which wash I wanted. I really needed a wash so I went with the cheapest one. Got home and got on my account and sure as shit there's my 3 vehicles on there and it was just paid on the 8th as well! This location by far is the worst! Have the time you barely get the front of your vehicle sprayed for bugs and the rinse cycles beyond suck! I will continue to go out of my way to other locations. read more

Super great car wash! Stopped by one morning and was greeted promptly and kindly. He explained that they are offering unlimited washes for a month for 9.99 and will renew at 29.99 a month after that. I went ahead and signed up for it to give it a try. I like that I can go as much as I want. I have gone about three times a week so far. I love that they give you a dashboard wipe every time. I also love that there's two attendants to greet and help you through the process. It's not hard but it's mice to have an actual person there to help. I showed up today and apparently it was their grand opening. They were all so kind and fun. They gave me a drink, treat and goodie bag. Even though they were doing this for more than me, I felt like the luckiest girl in the world! I used the vacuums today and they were awesome! My car looked great in just a few minutes. Didn't take long at all but made a huge difference. They also have a little air thing to blow the dust and crumbs out of the small cracks. I plan to go back when I have more time to get all the cracks. Haha. I'll be going back for sure and will use this as my regular car wash! read more

First off, when entering the purchase area, I was greeted by a friendly young man nicely dressed with a tie. I almost felt underdressed for the car wash. The service purchase process was quick, easy, and a great deal for what you receive for $30 a month. Entering the wash was a bit confusing though. The young man guiding my vehicle with the hose, only wet the driver's side of my vehicle. Not sure what that was about, but ok. Moving on, the wash was extremely thorough. Unlike "touchless" car washes, this one actually cleaned the outside of my entire vehicle. Even though the exit dryer did a shockingly good job drying my vehicle, it sure was nice having high pressure air hoses by the vacuums to blow water out of every crevice. There's nothing worse than drying your vehicle perfectly just have more water sneak out of the mirrors while driving away. The vacuums could have been a little bit stronger, but they got the job done. The greatest thing about this already amazing experience, I can come back and do it all again as many times as I want! Which is a good thing too, because my vehicle LOVES playing in the mud! read more

Paid 19 bucks for the worst car wash I have ever had. Windows still dirty and smeared. The front license plate bent. Paint spotted... They are more interested in selling you a car wash package than washing the car. Never ever will I go to a Quick Quack again. read more

There were some teenage boys working there that were all talking to girls in the parking lot. I had to wait until they noticed I was in line. They charged me full price and I went through the wash, then noticed none of the vacuums were on. I went I asked one of the boys (who was back at the girls car) and he said they had to turn them off for some reason. I'm frustrated because there was no sign saying they were off and he didn't mention it at all before charging me. read more
