I have been coming consistently for months working with Dr. Marc and Daniel. These guys are absolutely fantastic and super personable. Massage with Daniel is a must either pre or post treatment! Dr. Marc is thorough, caring, knowledgeable and takes the time to educate his clients and truly delights in their progress. The office is also always clean and has a great vibe. My experience was not good. I have a fused neck and explained that I can only be adjusted on my neck by the actuator pen . The chiropractor acknowledged he saw that in his notes , tells me to sit on table and uses the massage hammer tool . I have been hurting in my neck since . Experiencing arm numbness, severe pain and extreme headaches . The office has my phone number but instead of calling me, they chose to send a reply on the reviews to call them and they will try to remedy the problem . HOW CORRECT THE DAMAGE YOU ALREADY CAUSED ? I JUST COMPLETED 35 VISITS OF PT, EXPRESS CHIROPRACTIC SCHERTZ HAD ME FEELING BETTER BUT WAS CLOSED FOR 2 DAYS SO I WENT THERE BECAUSE MY SHOULDER WAS BOTHERING ME. NOWmy entire neck , shoulders, arms and mid back hurt . So thanks for the offer to "fix" the damage but can't trust it . read more

Thieves. Opted for a basic membership which includes 3 visits per month. At the price per visit, this option pays for itself after the first. A literal no-brainer. During my initial visit, I had misplaced a ring that was "found" in the bathroom and was put into a desk at the front after I had left. I come back a week later to find out that the ring was gone and no one had a clue. Another week goes by and I come to find out that a current employee was on her way out of the job for whatever reason and training another woman to fill her void. Most likely my ring was stolen by the former employee. Doctor took no accountability and gave me a bs excuse. Because of the incident I decided to cancel my membership and even forfeit my last and final monthly visit and they had the audacity to ask me to fill out a cancellation form. After schooling a grown man on principles and morals, he cancelled my membership without further notice. But so without any compensation or offer to replace the obviously stolen personal jewelry. New and current patients beware. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I'll be filing a police report next. read more

Oh Snap get that back aligned right. My back and mood were quickly fixed in just a few visits. Staff is very chill , service was quick and taken very seriously and with care. My husband and I come weekly for small adjustments now. As someone who has been dragged through numerous doctors visits and physical therapy that ultimately made my pain worse I understand how important Mobility is. 10/10 would recommend coming here at least for your first adjustment and some helpful in-depth advice on positive mobility. read more

I started going to Express Chiropractic in AH a few months ago and it's been a very positive experience. I signed up for their 'Maintenance Plan' which is currently only $49/mo. Super affordable and the guys that run the place know what they're doing. It's made such an improvement in my neck and shoulders. Before I was stiff and my circulation felt slow, it definitely feels so much better. I can actually breathe clearer! I'm not a doctor but I would definitely recommend anyone go here if they are able. read more

A spasming back brought me to Express Chiropractic 3 months ago and William and Kevin have kept me coming back. They took care of my severe back pain and have since helped me to maintain a pain-free, flexible and healthy spine. Dr William does a fantastic adjustment and has used various techniques to relieve pain and stiffness in my shoulders, neck and back. Kevin is a friendly, talented MT and can work on any problem areas you might have. He knows some cool stretches. If you are considering regular spinal care, Express Chiropratic is a MUCH better deal and value than that other joint. read more

These guys were awesome! I am in town for the holidays and the night before I flew in, my back went out of alignment. I tried to power thru but I was just in too much pain. They took me as a walk in and saw me immediately. I got a great adjustment and a 10 minute massage/stretch session. They even gave me some stretches to get me thru an upcoming roadtrip until I got home to my regular chiropractor in Colorado. I am so grateful for their healing hands, expertise and helpful tips. Dr. Bill is amazing, he takes the time to examine my spine and alignment before doing any adjustments. He also listens and helps with any additional almost aches (ex my left hand kept getting numb when I slept and he adjusted my wrist and elbow in addition to focusing on my spine). This practice has all their ducks in a row and then some. They have an extraordinarily friendly receptionist, a smooth check-in process, and a knowledgeable doctor who takes the time to listen before providing some much needed relief. And wrapping up the visit with a therapeutic massage was the best! It seems like you can make appointments in advance, or just drop-in when convenient if you are OK to wait a little should it be a busy time.
