I followed up with her several other times in July and August and literally never heard back from her. Not through email, not through phone call. I called the agency and they said that I could not be assigned to a new recruiter and that they would leave a message for Jessica who was out of town and I as well left a message for her. They offer a wealth of information including: Geriatrics - they have support for the elderly and their caregivers, including counseling and transportation services. Career- they have classes like resume building and interview skills. They also have job placement and a job database, all free and open to the public! You can look at the calendar online and RSVP. Counseling - they offer divorce support, help for substance abuse, therapy for domestic violence victims, LGBQT support, individual and group counseling. They even have expressive therapy for kids. And they're very nice! They also have a food pantry with fresh produce, emergency assistance for utilities and a volunteer dental clinic. It's been a blessing to me. I encourage you to check it out!

Much to my surprise on Monday, May 19th, Allison called me to follow up. She was so pleasant & friendly on the phone. Later that afternoon, she called me back to say she wanted me to come into the office & meet with her & her account manager. The next morning I went in & was greeted promptly by the receptionist. At 9:55 AM, Allison appeared from an interview office with Kristen (my appointment was at 10). We sat down and immediately I felt so at ease & comfortable. These two ladies were extremely nice & professional...it wasn't a stuffy interview. They were very candid about the position & what the client was looking for. They even redid my resume, which really made me shine. The next day, she called & said the hiring manager wanted a phone interview. I think she was just as excited for me as I was! We set that up for the next afternoon. At this writing, I am waiting for a face to face interview to be scheduled. :) Throughout this whole process, Allison has kept me up to date and abreast of every detail.
