I am living proof that Express works for those who are willing to work! I had recently made the move to Michigan, and was looking for employment in something other than industrial, plant like environments, because I had no job experience in those areas. I had never used a temp agency and was looking for one that could meet my "high hopes". Mina sat with me during an extensive interview and listened, really listened to what I had to say. By the end of our impromptu interview she had 3-4 jobs in mind. I started the next steps for employment with Express and before you know it I had wowed my current employer and had a job! 2.5 months later I'm loving it here. They are a great group of people, who have shown dedication to expanding my knowledge about the products we sell. From equal leveled employees in the shop and office, to the top paid employee. Cares more about their clients than their employees. I was basically forced to quit the job because I told them I was looking for something better. Something not so harsh on my body, and that type of work would only be done once a week. Leaving me with a week to find some better and still be able to pay my rent (due this week) Considering the job is not why they explained to me. But they felt my departure is unfair to the company with a super high turnover rate. So now I'm out of a job and don't know how rent will be paid.
