They have started to skew a lot younger so I mainly go for gifts. This holiday season I did the same. The sales person at the time of purchase mentioned that I had until Jan 10h for holiday returns. Today (1/4/26) I went in to return one item... from the moment I walked in the employee hanging out at the counter was displeased seeing me walk in with a bag & it showed. I was a retail manager for 4 years so I know how much we hate returns but I would never show it because that's customer service! Anywho I went in with my original receipt only to be told that because I didn't have a gift receipt I couldn't return it. I asked for an explanation because since when is a gift receipt better than an original receipt to get a full refund?!?? I couldn't tell you if the store policy sign was there when I purchased it or not but I KNOW I was never told or asked if I would need a gift receipt for a holiday return. Even so, receipt at hand, tags on, and item was in new condition. You would think that the manager would offer something like a store credit because the policy makes no sense. But no, she just had a smirk and cocky attitude. Lesson learned though, don't shop here ever again, supporting local business shouldn't mean buying overpriced clothes like a $32 basic white long sleeve.

The owner Diana is such a vibrant woman who is well known in her community and gives 110% in everything she does. The decor is fun and inspiration is in the air. I couldn't believe how affordable the prices were. And there's no tax! Many adorable accessories and shoes! There are even some vendor display areas that feature local female entrepreneurs. Back in December I discovered that they also do interior design and decorating. My husband and I employed Tamar's help in staging our home for sale and were AMAZED at the transformation she brought to it. She clearly has a talent and vision for arranging a space and making it special, and took her time to try several different combinations of furniture, art and accessories to achieve the maximum appeal. She managed to do all this within our budget. Her help played a big role in the sale of our place. We are in the process of buying a new home and there is simply no question that Tamar will be there on day one to head us in the right direction. I was looking for a replacement for my favorite pair of pants, and found some (the Ripley Raders)…read moreon Garmentory from Ri Ri Ku that fit the bill. I got them in the mail, along with a free tube of lipstick with--complete genius--a built-in mirror (how does every lipstick not have this)! Then I tried to get the pants on and found I couldn't get them past the top of my thighs. I was a bit devastated as I have been pretty frugal lately and was looking forward to buying my first piece of clothing in quite a while. The pants had been marked final sale on Garmentory, but in total desperation I phoned the store. Andie answered and instead of the let-down I was expecting, she patiently explained that the style is pretty tight at the top and I should try to work with them, but that in the mean time she would ship another pair of pants in the next size up and I could keep whichever fit better! I was so relieved and so grateful! While waiting for the other pair, I tried to get into the first pair I had ordered again, and with some help from some tights, I got them on. I realized she was totally right, and that they would probably keep getting a little easier to put on after that and that I did indeed have the correct size as the top fit perfectly once they were on. Overall, Andie just went above and beyond making sure that I was happy with the pants, and was so patient and kind, even when the first replacement pair got lost in the mail. She seems like a truly sweet person and I hope I can support her store more in the future.
