The pricing is honestly insane for what you get. For under $200 out the door, we got the suit, shirt, tie, belt and shoes. They also have pretty much every color you can think of which made it super easy to coordinate everything for the wedding. What really stood out was how helpful they were throughout the whole process. They kept track of all the pieces for each groomsman so when everyone came in, everything was already matched and organized. That made things way less stressful on my end. A couple things to know going in: they don't have an in house tailor and the pants come unhemmed, but they have a bunch of tailoring recommendations and it honestly wasn't a big deal considering the price. After the wedding, I ended up going back and buying 3 more suits because the value is just that good. As long as I live in LA, I'll keep coming back here.

I rented this spot 5-12 for a art show/ vendor pop up. I had gotten recommended by a few people since this location is right next to wear i grew up. Two big concerns that I had was one, I did pay $1,500 to rent this spot and was told that aside from the register area everything else was movable yet ALOT of furniture was still left inside the venue, and every time I asked the helper, he said to text the owner (like okay assistant what are you assisting if I still need to bug your boss) I mean if I am paying that much I would've expected a clear venue as every other place I have rented was. Next I thought it was funny that the guy that runs this venue who is a photographer himself, instead of completely clearing the walls for me, he ironically left his photos on the wall, which was never discussed nor asked and I know the photos were easily removable. I was confused, he was not apart of my event, so not sure why he left his photos up, but whatever I guess lol and then one of my only food vendors, was supposed to set up outside, and first I asked if it was okay, and he stated well it risk that my event would get shut down, and I stated that I know it wouldn't cause attention and then he flipped his switch and was like oh well I don't feel comfortable. If that was the case then say NO not sugar coat it so you don't sound like a d^%*. BUT MY BIGGEST ISSUE WAS THE FACT THAT SOMEONE WAS THERE BREATHING DOWN MY NECK 5-11:30 (which is because I left before the designated booking time because I was so uncomfortable because I've never worked with any venue that did not have any trust in their renter) I give this place a 4/10 because the inside walls was easy assembly and nothing fell off which was great. But aside from that everything else about this place was not suitable for my type of event. I've been doing this for a few years and this is my hands down worse spot and one of the most expensive locations and for the price I paid I feel like the venue did to situate me as needed. If you book this spot make sure you write up a contract with Justin prior to even using it, I was told I was going to get a contract and that was never made either. Bad for business in my opinion but lessons learned, maybe good for like a yoga class, but if you want somewhere that trust you with their location without being watched every move, this is not the spot for you.
